My mother couldn’t find wrap for her pipes before a freeze. She called them to see if they could sell her some wrap. They said no, they didn’t have any for sale but instead came and wrapped her pipes for free. They have a customer for life. Highly recommend.

My hot water outflow pipe on my water heater began leaking due to corrosion. It caused my water heater to fail on a Friday. I had just moved to Corpus from CA 2 years ago. I contacted my realtor and he said he’d have a plumber that he knew contact me. He never did. When I called my realtor again he said he’d try a different plumber all to no avail. After several days of no hot water I bought a water heater at Home Depot. I tried to have them arrange for installation with a Home Depot certified contractor. Finally, the day after I bought the new water heater, Home Depot called & said that they could install my new water heater in 2 or 3 more days. Finally, even though I’m a 71yo retired surgeon, I decided to remove my old water heater, & I install the new one myself. Despite the fact that I replaced its washer, Unfortunately the corroded pipe leaked even more after I installed my new water heater.
Finally a neighbor recommended Anchor Plumbing. Boy am I ever glad he did! 3 hours after I called them them, 2 technicians arrived & replaced the faulty pipe. Now I have both hot water & a happy house again! They were courteous, professional & thorough. Their fee was very reasonable. From now on, Anchor will be the 1st plumber I will call.

Called for a leak under our deck that resulted in having to turn our water off. Chris and Brent came within a 1/2 hour, capped it, and returned the next day (Christmas Eve!) to do a more permanent fix. Great service at reasonable price. Will use them again, no question!!

Called Mike for an estimate on installing a new gas line. He showed up that same day and quoted price. Him and his crew came out and preformed high quality work. They cleaned area up after work was finshed. I couldn't be more pleased with the work anchor plumbing does! Highly recommend!

We woke up this morning with our main line busted and like any first time home owners we panicked. My wife contacted Mike and he told us he would be here as fast as he could and it was fast. They were very fast and professional and gave a great price. Thank you Mike and Anchor Plumbing for taking care of us.

Mike sent an employee to repair a bathroom faucet & outdoor cutoff valve. Repair went well. Approximately 4 hours after Ancor left my property, I was contacted by our yard man. One of the outdoor water faucet valves was left wide open, resulting in a continuous gushing of water for about 4 hours. As a result, a small lake of water formed behind the property & drained into the nearby canal. However, what was more concerning was that neither Mike nor Ancor employee returned multiple calls or was willing to acknowledged this error. Repair was done adequately, but the costly & careless mistake is likely going to be repeated, as they didn’t seem to care. Poor customer service. Poor attention to detail. Responsibility lacking. Poor communication.

Anchor Plumbing was recommended by a co worker and decided to give them a call. Mike (owner) answered and addressed my issue immediately. Mike had Brent come over that day and troubleshoot what needed to be done. 2nd crew came back second day and finished the job. All four individuals were professional, knowledgeable, on time and made sure area was clean before they left.
Don’t usually write reviews but my go to plumbers here in the Bluff from here on out are going to be Mike and his crew at Anchor Plumbing.

I had two leaking sink drains and attempted to replace them myself. I quickly realized I needed help. I called Anchor Plumbing and they had a technician out in a couple of hours. After a minor battle he had the problem solved and was on his way to the next job. Good people, good work, good price. I'll definitely call them again if I'm in the area.

Anchor Plumbing was great to work with. They were able to send someone out within a few hours, and their customer service is above and beyond their local competitors. Would highly recommend their services.

Mario was on time for the appointment. He fixed the stopped up plumbing lines quickly. And, the price was very reasonable. Besides the excellent service Mario provided, I also want to show my appreciation for the really nice office staff who answer the phones and make the appointments. I have used Graf Plumbing several times in the past, and I will continue to use them in the future as they are a really good company.

The president of Graf plumbing reached out to me personally to apologize for the situation, which I appreciated. Mistakes happen and are unfortunate, but I’m thankful for the time he took out of his day to give me a genuine apology and a great attempt to make things right.

Highly unprofessional even when just attempting to make an appointment. My appointment was cancelled minutes before. After I returned to work, they then decided to send someone over completely unprompted and without my knowledge AFTER cancelling my appointment. Heard a woman saying some not so great things about calling me over the phone as well. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism with this company.

Thank you for the quick response to come out today. Your technician JD was very helpful and very knowledgeable about what was going on. I look forward to doing more business with you.

Graf Plumbing offers excellent service. We called last Friday, June 3rd because of a stopped up kitchen sink to try to set up an appointment~~and they sent someone out in less than an hour. We were definitely impressed and will continue to give them our business in the future if needed.

Had an issue with the garbage disposal. Jesse was the service man who came out. He fixed everything!! Very nice man! I will use Graf Plumbing any time there's a need. Highly recommend!

We have used Graf for all of our plumbing needs for quite awhile. We have always had very conscientious and professional personnel come to the house. I highly recommend them.

Just paid $189 (with a 10% discount of $210 weekend trip) for the plumber to tell me in 5 Minutes that my electric wires to my hot water heater are faulty, but can’t work on the wiring. He said this payment wouldn’t apply to any future work if the electric work doesn’t actually fix the water heater. A diagnostic trip less than 5 minutes should be discounted more than 10%…at least charge the weekday price of $140/hour.

Thanksgiving day, of course....called Graf plumbing to repair the leak under Mom's kitchen sink. The nice plumber showed up pretty quickly. He was able to get the valve closed outside and repaired the leak inside. He was very kind, cheerful and caring. I will definitely call them again. So grateful that plumbers work on Thanksgiving day!

Husband called, spoke to Jackie late morning and Jonathan came out after lunch. Both were very professional and cost was certainly reasonable Thank you!

Update 3/23:/23:
Needed a faucet replaced and disposal installed. Once again, Graf came through and Shawn did a beautiful job and Amy was helpful in getting us on the schedule. Thanks again!

Jesse and JD came out and took care of our plumbing issue fast! They arrived quickly to our house and their professionalism is top notch. I will be a Graf Customer from this point on, no doubt!

Yesterday we had an emergency leak outside our house. City said it was on our side so I needed a plumber. I called two with no answer/response. Graf answered right away and had someone over within 2 hours. Jimmy was very professional and got to work quickly. He resolved the issue with ease and a smile on his face. I will absolutely use this company from now on for any plumbing issues I may have in the future! Price was fair and service was awesome!
