Dennis was awesome. We had a few unexpected issues and he had no problem fixing them as if he had seen them many times before. The bill was actually reasonable for the work done. I definitely recommend these guys.

After getting quotes from almost ten plumbers to have a water softener system installed, we ultimately went with Graf and we couldn’t be happier about the service and quality of work. Julie was awesome at getting back to us and setting up an appointment and Johnny did a fantastic job at the install. One thing to note, every other plumber said we couldn’t put the system in the garage because of where the water main was and Johnny was able to do it for even less money than some of the others. I can’t recommend Graf enough! They are great!

I had a clogged pipe that would not budge. I called Graf Plumbing and they were able to send somebody out that afternoon! The technician Jimmy was fast, efficient and honest. Greg Plumbing was professional and so very helpful. I will use them again for sure if I have any other issues!

Arrived exactly on time and immediately began work. Replaced all kitchen sink drain lines, unclogged drain line under slab, cleaned up work area and completed the job in under an hour.

We needed to new toilet, but it was not an emergency. Graf staff was available that same day. The job was completed by 4 pm. Joe did an amazing job. He was informative, polite, and generous with his time. We've used Graf for our plumbing needs these past 20+ years and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and service.

I have been in construction for 20+years; in the beginning we jumped around from plumber to plumber for the best price. I quickly learned the lowest price isn't always the best, even if the work is guaranteed or has a warranty. Graf plumbing and 1 other plumber quickly became our go to companies for plumbing because of the quality of work. Graf became our #1 due to availability issues with the other plumbing company. During the time I had worked with Graf, I never had any issues with the woman that takes the calls and does the scheduling (Amy). Amy is an awesome person and always cheerful at work. Even when i was having a bad day and was a bit belligerent towards her; she was able to put me back on the right track in the nicest way possible and turn my day around for the better. Because I was a regular with Graf, there were plenty of times Amy helped me out when I was in a jam. Graf is an awesome company to work with. I can only promise they will treat you the way you would expect to be treated. And they do an awesome job.

I had some problems late at night and they came out less than an hour and took care of it quickly. Didn’t make a mess. And showed me how to keep it from happening again. Real professional and price was cheaper than anyone else. Highly recommend Jimmy at Graf.

Graf Plumbing is #1 in my books! They always squeeze me in on the same day that I call. Amy, the front office Guru, is so friendly and goes above and beyond. Recently, my rent house in Portland, TX, had a gas leak and Jonathan with Graf replaced the gas line from the meter to the house. He was such a gentleman and kept me informed every step of the way. He explained everything that he was going to do and never made me feel stupid with all my dumb questions. I highly recommend Jonathan & Graf Plumbing! They're ALWAYS on time, professional, friendly, very reasonable and clean up after they've finished the job! I give them 10 stars for excellence!

Robert Rodriguez Jr. was exceptionally thorough during the service call. He clearly outlined all potential repairs that might require immediate attention, ensuring that I understood their significance and importance. Additionally, he provided photos of the completed work and highlighted the issues he discovered, which instilled a great deal of confidence in his expertise.

Graf Plumbing are the only plumbers I call for repairs, small or large. They always show up on time; they are always courteous; they always explain exactly what they will do to fix problems. Jessie, who fixed my plumbing this go 'round did a fantastic job and he also reminded me how to setup a warranty for my new faucet. Great guy!

Call around and get quotes. So you know you're making the right decision to SAVE YOUR $$$MONEY$$$ AND GO WITH GRAF!
5 stars for 5 things:
1. Graf came out within hours of our call for a basic service inspections, not even an emergency.
2. We called around for service and got quotes as high as $900 for two basic plumbing tests. Cameron at Graf was very informative when we called for a quote. Graf has a flat fee of $225 for the exact same services COMBINED. We also received quotes for "at least," $609, and $450. At least that much, because even though these were standard tests, other companies would not give us a flat rate.
3. The actual testing Graf did was thorough. The plumber, Jonathan, was also pleasant and very informative. We do have some minor leaks. Sad. But happy we did NOT get the high pressure sales pitch of "you need to fix this right now or the sky will fall BS." We hate fast talking, high pressure sales especially about critical issues we can't take care of ourselves. The leaks we have makes our water bill higher and will cause serious damage if we don't attend to it eventually. But, we have time to prepare and save up some cash for the bill. We're not stressing because we called Graf!
4. They are local to Corpus Christi. Something important to us, we want to do business with our neighbors, not some corporation with headquarters two time zones away. Forget that.
5. We will definitely be calling Graf to repair the leaks they found during the inspection they did. In the future, we'll probably still call around for quotes if we have a really large/complex plumbing project. But that's just good business. That said, we doubt any other plumbing company in the CC area will ever get our business. Even if come company comes in with slightly lower bid, Graf has earned our trust and loyalty to overlook saving $20 here or there. As long as they are within, say 10%, of the lower quote, we'll definitely go with Graf.

He went the extra mile with his attention to detail and took time to explain our issues. I have never been disappointed when calling on Graf.
