I had a gas leak under my house and was honestly so scared. The gas was shut off and they were able to make it the next day. The men that came out were so professional and knowledgeable. They worked nonstop in this extreme Texas heat. They are honest and straight forward with their price quote. I will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing issues I may have in the future.

My water heater was leaking. Called Day and Night Plumbing. They arrived within 30 minutes and found it was just a pin hole in the valve. They replaced it in less than 20 minutes. They were professional and friendly, definitely will call them for my plumbing needs.

I called and left a message on a Sunday afternoon and got no response, so called again Monday. The receptionist asked what the issue was, and I told her. She said she would check availability and get back to me. I didn't get a call back, so on Tuesday, I called again. She apologized, and said she didn't call me back because they didn't have anyone available that day, and referred me to Ocean Plumbing. I explained that it wasn't a rush, and we ended up scheduling it for Friday. I had to reschedule the appointment until the following Monday. No one showed up. We called, and the receptionist said that they had an emergency, and that no one was available to come out all week, and again referred me to Ocean Plumbing. First of all, it was very unprofessional to not call to let us know about the technician not coming. I had taken off of work to be there. Secondly, it's supposed to be 24 hours a day/7 days a week, and they have no one that can come out at all this week, after just not showing up for our scheduled appointment? Very disappointing after seeing such great reviews.

These guys are awesome. Landlord called them after another plumbing company (Joe’s Plumbing) came out to fix a plugged drain line that lasted for about a week. They immediately identified the problem, fixed the plugged drain and are working with the landlord to fix the root cause of the issue instead of doing the bare minimum over & over again like the other guys did. I recommend the Drain Dr at Day and Night Plumbing 110%!

We had 2 different plumbing issues on the same day. We were fortunate that the plumber was available to come out, diagnose and repair the issues that same day and get life back to normal. We were very pleased by the professionalism of everyone involved.

I recently had an issue with a toilet installation that wasn't flushing correctly. After contacting Day & Night Plumbing early in the morning, they were able to come out that very afternoon. Had an issue with home depot dishwasher delivery and due to a very minor leak at faucet connection...well if you know you know. Called and spoke to Amelia and had a tech here within an hour. Not only did he fix the valve, he installed the dishwasher. Just found my go to for plumbing work in the future. Super reasonable on pricing for an immediate need.

Andrew put in alot of work for us on a very old, very unique, toilet that parts are no longer available for, so we decided on a replacement, he discussed options and also replaced the old collar and wax ring. He was upfront on all costs and options. He cleaned up like he had never been here. Day & Night Plumbing is by far the best plumbers we have ever had.
