Had a leak around the meter after hours. Diego was super helpful and thorough. Would definitely call him again if I run into any problems!

My husband was doing a honey do on Saturday and accidentally broke a part off trying to replace a knob. We were without water! I immediately went to FB for recommendations. Amy recommended Graf. JD w/Graf was at our house within 30 minutes. Very polite, knowledgeable and had it fixed quick. That’s service! We will definitely be using Graf again.

Absolutely outstanding job by Jeremy DeGroot! He was very knowledgeable and helpful! He caught things two other plumbers from other companies missed. I wish I had called him first. Next time I need a plumber I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

Called Graf today to have a toilet installed. Jimmy did an excellent job and was very efficient with time. Would have had another one installed but thanks to Jimmy who pointed out the toilet was broken. I will be calling Graf back to replace the toilet once I return the broken one. I can’t say enough about Graf Plumbing, Kamron and our tech Jessie! They saved us THOUSANDS on a plumbing reroute! They offered us a couple options and were the most competitive rate by far! Jessie was kind and professional! We will definitely call them first for any future plumbing jobs!!

Tech shawn did a very awesome professional job replacing our toilet and he was super professional and awesome. I would highly recommend any of graf plumbings techs to anyone because this was our second time using them and so far we have not had any bad experiences yet and they got an awesome owner/ boss kameron thy are the best and the office receptionist any is awesome too keep up the good work and so happy that we made the switch to Graf over our previous company matthews ac and plumbing so go with graf and I won't be disappointed.

Had a minor gas leak and needed some outside bib faucets fixed. Derek showed up within a couple hours, did a great job and was very professional. I had used another plumbing company for a rental property job a couple weeks ago and was not happy. Will use Graf from now on

Joe, Robert, and Johnny were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and respectful — treating our home like it was their own. The work was impeccable, neat, and fully up to code. I was so scared of all the work that needed to be done but, Mario explained everything that would be done and a time frame of completion. A true professional leader. My day to day was dealing with Robert whom is just as professional as his supervisor Mario. Robert explained daily what would happen and the crew cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. This was a great experience and I truly recommend this company as you’re plumbers.

Not a good situation, waking up on Saturday morning and the toilet won't flush and something somewhere is plugged up.
My first thought was to call Graf Plumbing. I have always had a great experience with them and with the plumbers that they send out. And this time was no exception.
It's Saturday morning and shortly after I had called, Diego drives up. He gets out of his truck with a huge smile and says, I remember you. My neighbor had similar problems last year and I told them to call Graf Plumbing they are great, and they did. Diego and Joe came out and did a great job for them. I said that I remembered him as well.
Diego looked at my problem and knew right away what needed to be done. He was very professional and exceeded my expectation's. Diego is an outstaying person. He loves what he does and loves the company he works for. Graf Plumbing is lucky to have such a great person working for them. He's a Keeper!

Mr. Diego was our technician and we were very pleased with his timely manner in showing up, assessing the problem, listening to my explanation, explaining to me his diagnosis of the problem, and extremely polite and courteous! Mr. Diego is a very fine representative of Graf Plumbing. We will definitely try to request him again.

I was very impressed with the communication, professionalism, and the quality of work of Graf Plumbing. I had some updates done on my 1954 home, and JD explained everything clearly to me and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again!

I don’t write reviews often, but one was deserved today. My kitchen sink has been getting clogged every few months even though I don’t put a single thing down but water. I’ve had it “unclogged” by two other large very well known companies that used their diamond and 24k gold encrusted tools who left with a smile and half my pay check. I called Graf today, they showed up promptly and the technician, Joe, was extremely knowledgeable and knew right away something wasn’t right. Also very friendly, courteous. One of those guys that you feel you’ve known your whole life. He was able to get it flowing again and explained what may be wrong with it which will require an opening in the wall. He gave me a very rough estimate for the repairs and diagnosis which is reasonable and I’ll be calling in a couple weeks to get the work done. He asked me if there was anything else I needed done instead of just smiling and driving away with my paycheck like the other guys did. I actually did need to get a hvac flush out installed and he quickly did it..like magic. Price was VERY reasonable for the work done and they now have a new customer for life !!! Highly recommend these guys. Made my day. Thank you Graf Plumbing!!!!

Everyone is always very courteous. I was delighted with the service time and outcome. The technician was very clean, presented very well and was impressively knowledgeable. He did a prompt, efficient assessment then returned to his vehicle, retrieved items and did they job. He only brought in what was needed using all of the items. Everything he brought in was remarkably clean. Though a messy job, he took care to clean afterward. This is the third time I've solicited Graf Plumbing service and each time, I was equally pleased. It's wonderful to have this consistent peace of mind and confidence in this professional option of Graf Plumbing.

They are very professional and do great work. I would recommend they to anyone. I called 4 plumbers in Rockport and no one could get to me in a timely manner. They were there that evening and started the next day. They had the best price around.

Great service and friendly technician. They got me done in less than 24 hours. He arrived within the hour even though the island bridge was backed up.

Thought I had a leak in my front yard but the plumber found out it was something much less severe. He did a simple fix and didn’t even charge me for the service call, I’ve never had that happen! This is my plumber now.
