Over-priced, incompetent - would NEVER use this company again. I hired them to install a water softener which was already pre-plumbed for same, took them nearly 3 hours, and it leaked. So they redid the plumbing and charged me for it all over again. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!

If I could use negative stars or no stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Requested a report on services rendered and kept being told "its in the mail" and "I emailed it to you". After being reminded that this has been the response for over 2 weeks, I was told once again to check today. I asked to confirm addresses for correctness and got cursed out. NO ONE should EVER use this service.

The owner is so disorganized he might tell you he would do something but not deliver. He rather lose your business than tell you he messed up. Most of his "plumbers" are NOT licensed including his "best plumber" Brent his son. If you use these guys get ready for a waste of time because they will get there and tell you they can't do it or they have to order parts so you'll get a trip charge and then you will have to pay when the parts "come in" and that's if they order all the parts!!!

Do not use these guys!!!!

Burst water line in front yard, called Mike at Anchor on Sunday morning, City turned off water at main, Anchor arrived at 07:00 Monday morning, and situation rectified. Painless, thanks to Anchor. Mike called City to have them come permanently fix metal meter covers that had shifted and crushed our water line. Above and beyond the call of duty. This is 3rd overall visit from Anchor in 8yrs and they will be my first call whenever needed.

I was very disappointed in dealing with Anchor Plumbing. Our conversation about an appointment didn't end well. The man I spoke with refused to unplug or kitchen sink unless we agreed first to have a camera scope the clog. He was rude and unprofessional. We had another company come the next day and the problem was fixed without the use of a camera.

Couldn't even get a phone call returned.
After having called them for every Plumbing Issue we've had over the past 15+ years our last two experiences with Anchor have been nightmares.
A couple of years ago, our incoming water line had a leak near the house at the shut off valve and the "Technicians" had to return twice to get it right by using more and more tape for a tighter fit of the pipes. They'd used PVC Cement however, they didn't know how to use it. I had used it before myself with better results but they got paid anyway.
Yesterday, April 10, 2016, I called them about a seriously clogged up line that runs from the kitchen sink to the clean out in the back yard and never received as much as a phone call back.

Mike and his very professional crew were very courteous and knowledgeable. They answered my call, brought all necessary parts and were done in under an hour. I would highly recommend Anchor to anyone even family. Thanks again Mike!!!

They took us off the septic tank and onto the city sewer. I called on a Friday and they were completely done in one day. They do great work and we're courteous. I've always gotten a quick return call on any issues I've had with plumbing. This is the only plumber I will use.

Have used them several times over the years for plumbing repairs and have always done quality work.

My experience was that the members of the crew did a good job and were quite friendly.

I found my interaction with the owner, Mike, very unpleasant, and for this reason in the future, I will not be using anchor plumbing for my plumbing needs. If I were you, and I had the ability to choose who does my plumbing work, I would suggest looking at the many other options in the area.
