Do not use these people their employees are rude and violent. I was threatened by one of them and not a single one of the other employees said anything! I believe he might have been the boss. Do not use for your own safety.

This plumbing company is next door to my parents 🏠, that has been there over 40+ years before this company. I would like to personally thank all who helped my 78yr old mother at a time of need with her leaks. Our pops just passed in April this year and he was her Batman that did all the work. Charged $300 to caulk shower faucet faceplate and another $200 for working on Sunday morning at 11 a.m.

The day before the closing of my mom’s house, we were notified of a plumbing issue in the foundation under the bathroom vanity. One Alice plumbing company said it was a 2 to 3 day job and would require removing the vanity and replacing the bathroom flooring and they would not be able to begin work right away. I started calling other Plumbing companies in Corpus Christi. It was almost 5 pm when I was given the phone number for JC Callejo (Sparkling City Plumbing). I called, he immediately answered and listened intently as I gave him the details of our situation including needing to complete the work prior to next day closing at 10 am. He accepted the job and he and a coworker arrived by 7:20 pm that night and worked steadily till 11:15pm. They stopped work because they needed additional supplies. They arrived the next morning at 7 am and, yes, they completed the work that morning!! My mom did have to pay time and a half for after hours work but they saved my mom money by working inside the vanity and not destroying it or the floor. They were the answers to our prayers and we will forever be grateful! Thank you J.C.!! Both JC and his coworker were professional, attentive, kind and considerate. We highly recommend Sparkling City Plumbing.

I just got an email today asking to network with them, which is a joke because of the way they treated us. Our electrician was working at the same time as the plumber, and the electrician mistakenly cut a water line. It was the electrician’s mistake, and he took responsibility and was handling the bill, but meanwhile Sparkling City plumbing was threatening US over it. I also had called them for work at a rental property, took off work to meet them, and they did not show up to that appointment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but since they are contacting me now asking, here it is.

He FOUND and FIXED the ongoing issue we have had under our kitchen sink/dishwasher area for many years!!!! He took the time, assessed the situation, used his knowledge and FIXED a slow ongoing leak that was causing a mildew smell under sink!! His coworkers brought him some needed materials to get job done while he did what he could do in the meantime! His coworkers showed up, helped him work on the project and cleaned up, put everything back in order and left!!

I have been using sparkling city plumbing since 2021, and I enjoy being a repeat customer!!! 💯 In 2021 they fixed my kitchen sink / garbage disposal for a very reasonable price even for being outside of Corpus Christi (Robstown). The providers were professional, knowledgeable, fast, and informative. I knew I had to call them again when a water pripe broke earlier this week. Today they came out even Earlier than expected. They finished the job and gave me a very decent price For the repairs. They were also in N out within 2 hours. Thank you sparkling city plumbing for always taking care of my home repairs! Our experience with Sparkling City Plumbing has been exceptional from the first visit by plumbers to diagnose the issue to the several steps in completing the fix underneath our home. All the work was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Office manager provided great communication of the project as it progressed and all plumbers were professional, knowledgeable and hard working!
