This is the third time I have called Roto Rooter. Each experience has been good. This one in particular was outstanding. Eugene is an employee that any company would be lucky to have. Great service. Jimmy (Corpus RR Gen Manager/Plumber) was dispatched to my house for what ultimately was a $27-28k estimate. Luckily, I’m poor & paranoid so when a much younger & less experienced guy piggybacked that appointment with an actual repair of the problem for under $300, I felt I’d better call Jimmy (thats why I’m updating my review) Shockingly (to me anyway) when I finally got him on the phone today, he didn’t sound surprised at all at which point I basically inferred he cast that super wide net on purpose. Not exactly sure how everything works in this biz, but in my line of work, if the customer’s best interest were so far on the back burner, that’d no longer be my line of work. The biggest red flag was the total 180 degree switch up in his energy on the phone today vs the super friendly guy from the visit yesterday. Since there was no longer a chance of hustling me out of what’s essentially a brand new Nissan Sentra, I’m glad he was on the phone & not here in person because I honestly think he would’ve punched me lol. How dare I question his used car sales school of plumbing customer psychology!! All jokes aside, let’s think about this—if this is the integrity being displayed by not just another one of their tradesmen in the field, but their general manager, imagine what the subordinate tentacles of this monster of dishonesty are out there cultivating. Shame on you, Jimmy! Shame on you, RotoRooter! ALWAYS seek a 2nd opinion folks!!! Nothing is THAT urgent

Amazing service! I’ve dealt with other plumbers in Corpus and did not have a good experience. But when I called these guys everything went smoothly. Phone operator was super friendly and helpful and Dallas came out and helped solved our plumbing issues with expertise. He also gave us estimates for some other work we asked about which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend Dallas as a plumber and would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for the help on our new house!

Connor is absolutely awesome!! I usually ask for Russel who is awesome and Connor is just as good. After years of disappointment with Corpus Christi plumbers I’ve never had a problem with ROTO. These guys don’t leave until problem is fixed and the plumbers all seemed be trained good (even the Gen Z).

Jonathan did an excellent job! He came out and unclogged two toilets, snaked the lines, and even ran a camera to make sure everything was completely clear. He kept everything clean while he worked and was very thorough and diligent the entire time. Pricing was reasonable, and the quality of his work really shows. These 2 courteous and professional gentlemen from Rotor Rootor came and fixed some well overdue repairs we needed. They replaced a house riser including new ball valve shutoff and hose bib. Also replaced shower valve with new cartridge just under an hour. Excellent work .Thank you. If you need this type of work done. I highly recommend Rotor Rootor.
