I scheduled an Appointment to get an estimate on some work I need to have done. The tech was on time and they sent a text to let me know he was on his way . They performed the inspection and let me know what they found and provided me with options I am still deciding on the repairs but I feel very comfortable with them doing the job The tech was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what they found .

Austin, Jordan, and Derek were super polite and professional. They were knowledgeable about the installation they did, as well as the services that Royal Plumbing provides. I greatly appreciated their kind demeanors and that they left my house and bathroom clean once they finished the job.

Derek at Royal Plumbing did a fantastic job installing a new water heater at our house. He went through the estimate and clarified items I had questions on. During the install he kept me up to date and was very courteous about working inside our home, even doing most of the pipe work outside before final fitting indoors. Would highly recommend.

I've lived in the same home for 23 years and always have had problems with both toilets leaking at the flange seal. Royal Plumbing is the 4th plumbing company in this time that I have called. The plumbing technician Austin did a fantastic job repairing both toilet flanges and I'm confident in his repair. Good job! I'm pleased that I have found a reliable plumbing services company.

I don’t know what happened—their prices went crazy high. After they give you a quote, they try to get you to buy or fix something else. They quoted me $1,200 for changing a toilet. Austin Rodriguez quoted over $300 for changing the toilet flange, which costs about five bucks at Home Depot. So, $300 in labor for something that takes 30 minutes? Sadly, I’ll have to find a new, reliable plumber who isn’t trying to rip me off.

Jordan with Royal Plumbing was great! He was very professional and answered all our questions. He was able to quickly remove the clog and took the time to check the sinks to make sure it was clear. He also provided information on preventative maintenance so the sink would not clog up again. We are very happy with the service.

Jordan and Andrew are true pros! Their expertise was immediately evident when they quickly diagnosed a leak near the water meter. I initially shared the assessment provided by the utility company technician who had inspected the issue the day before. After turning on the water, Jordan promptly debunked that conclusion and accurately identified the true source of the leak just past the water meter.

The team then excavated the area, replaced a section of pipe, and allowed the adhesive to cure properly. Afterward, they conducted a thorough operational check to ensure everything was leak-free and repopulated the trench. Their work was efficient, focused, and demonstrated impressive technical acumen.

Lance was friendly, came out timely and gave me an estimate immediately. Derek came out same day, and made the repairs. He was quick, clean and efficient. Both were friendly and easy to talk to. Derek was extremely pleasant while he worked, professional, and explained things as he went along. Super easy going. I would recommend Royal Plumbing to anyone. My toilet is repaired and works great. Thank you guys!

Jorge and Russel were professional and kind. They immediately knew what was wrong with our shower and were able to fix it on the spot.

Fantastic service by Andrew on a Sunday! On time, courteous, professional and willing to explain complicated mechanical issues in a understandable manner. His service affected a small HOA of primarily senior citizens with whom a clogged sewer line affecting 18 residents can be unsettling. Keep up the good work. Strong value for the money spent. Thank you.

My main sewer line was stopped up causing sewage to back up into my toilets and tubs . The technician called to let me know when he would arrive. Upon his arrival the technician listened to the issues I was having. He then preformed his own inspection. Then he presented me with options. Including the pros and cons of each, and the associated costs. I approved the work and he set about getting it done. He completed the work in the time estimate he had given me. After the work was complete,he discussed what he had done and some minor findings that were identified while the work and final inspection was performed. Overall the technician was polite and professional. He explained the entire process in a way that I could understand . He preformed the work in an efficient manner and did not leave any mess behind.

Scheduling was quick and easy. Russel showed up the next business day. He cleared the clog and video inspected the drain calling it good to go. Another plumbing company couldn’t clear the clog and said it was a broken pipe under the concrete foundation that needed to be replaced. I am very happy with the service I received from roto-rooter.

Roto Rooter came in the clutch on a Sunday evening when one of my outside faucet spigots valves broke clean off by accident and I had to emergency shut off the water to my house.
