We had an emergency in the middle of the night and the only company that came to our rescue was Smart Plumbing, thank you a thousand times! Eric was was fast and got the job done, thank you again for being so responsive. Highly recommend this company!

We had a recent backflow inspection, and the Smart Plumbing team did an excellent job of advising us and then completing the work. From the on-site tech to the office staff, they are great!

This company is amazing and I would recommend them 150%! I had a minor emergency; my faucet would not shut off and just kept running. I called Smart Plumbing in somewhat of a panic, it wasn't an "emergency" exactly but I needed the water to stop. I selected this business because it just happened to pop up first as "emergency plumber". Let me tell you; I inadvertently, and luckily for me, picked the right place. First, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, understood what I was saying, and empathized. Second, they saw where where their technicians were located and found one near my location to at least stop by and turn the water off at the source to stop the thing from dumping water straight down the drain. They were very clear and kind in explaining that that they were very busy, but would do their best to help rectify the problem permanently so I was not without water all weekend. And they followed through. In a matter of a few hours, they sent a very knowledgeable technician to completely fix my problem. On a Friday afternoon. I was back up and running in no time for a very reasonable fee. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I will be reaching out to them. Very, VERY highly recommended!!

After the maintenance guy at my apartment could not remedy the clog backing up my sink and dishwasher they had to call in Smart Plumbing, and I'm so grateful they did. So let’s start this off husband called them to get a quote to install brand new gas lines into trailer ESMI was very helpful matter of fact she would call everyday asking my husband to take the trailer well we finally did we where given a decent quote things took a turn the day he gave her our home adress where they would be doing the work! Her response was THATS MY BROTHERS house , okay so scheduled to come the next day to our home at 8am no show for her workers they finally showed up after lunch time with the WRONG ITEMS my husband proceeds to call her and she says oh well the price is now double for whatever reason! And she says u need bring trailer to our shop we already knew we weren’t going back we called another company and let me tell u what wasn’t even half the price she was trying to charge us! ESMI (Esmeralda) ur personal life has NOTHING TO DO WITH our business! You clearly have other issues you need to deal with just because we are going to buy ur ex sis n laws house has nothing to do with OUR BUSINESS! I hope ur bosses see this because u clearly messed with the wrong people! I won’t even put our business name because when u read this u will know who we are! We tried to keep our business local! I hope nobody else has to endure the wrong u did us!

great staff and great techs. Hot water heater was replaced in 1.20 mins, as I timed it. (they dont mess around, straight to business). Price was very fair as I would have paid another $500 if they asked. Love this company! Call them!!

I called to make an appointment and they are there the next morning they arrived on time and took care of resetting two commodes, replaced the vanity pipes and fixed a bathtub handle. The price was very reasonable. We will call them again.

Promised two different times to come troubleshoot and repair a shower faucet. First time did not show at the agreed time so I called them sever hours after the agreed upon time (I had left work early to meet them). They apologized and said they would come the next day, no call, no show.
Will not try a third time!
