They were great. Thank you Randy. He is a consummate professional. Home warranty scheduled us for a Friday, I called Owen Plumbing and ask for sooner. They sent Randy that afternoon to take care of it. I was hesitant dealing with their answering service, but they were professional and I was called back as they said. Great experience.

I saw their van pull up to my neighbors house as I was walking out and I asked the man how much would he charge to disconnect my hose from my spicket. He instantly did it and all he asked for was a thank you! Well thank you sir!!!!!!! I genuinely appreciate your kindness! A world without men is a dark one!

We have had very positive experiences with this company. They have handled a few different jobs for us, including replacing our sewer line. Their plumbers have been professional and friendly. They show up on time, they do good work, they take the time to explain what they’re doing, and they are reasonably priced. I personally don’t understand the negative reviews on their Google page at all as our experiences have always been positive. But I would say that it also says a lot that they respond to any negative reviews and appear to try and work out the situation. We have been very happy with Owen Plumbing.

Owen sent Justin out to our home the same day we called in. Justin and his apprentice were both knowledgeable and worked quickly to fix our issues. The price was reasonable and it was a pleasure doing business with Owen. Thank you

Owen Plumbing responded within 2 days to my request to have washing machine valves replaced. Chad and Zach were professional, courteous, and communicative about the possesses required to replace the valves. They were proficient (their teamwork was flawless), clean and careful with my home. They were a pleasure to have at my home as servicemen. Thank you.

We had a slab leak (pre-pex material failure), house had to be completely rerouted. David and Zach were amazing, and cool guys too. David's a wizard and extremely intuitive. They also had to route a new hose bib line from the front to the back, Zach dug a large deep trench. I looked for the machine he used, it was a shovel! HE is the machine!! It was even a bit fun, they are engaging.

This is not a very common service and they handled it in A+ fashion, I would recommend these guys to anybody!!!

Pros: They have a great response time and Justin is really awesome he does a great job.

Cons: I give it 2 to 3 stars only because they are unethical by charging me 2.2hrs despite 1 hour already paid for by my Home Warranty Fidelity for the faucet. He started labor at 9:50pm and finished at 11:40pm. He was never there for 3 hours. That was 2 hours. Even if Owen makes it 2.5 hours I should only have been charged 1.5 hours of labor; and there was also a miscommunication that is costing me an extra $200+ and they wanted to charge me an extra $45 to haul the sink they took out.

I specifically asked and showed Justin my sink prior week and asked if the bathroom faucet includes the sink install, too. He told me it does and that he can do it for me. I spoke to Fidelity National Home Warranty as well. Both told me it is included with the bathroom faucet installation as long as it is the same style.

Of course, the receptionists Peggy or Crystal was giving me a hard time about it. I requested Justin again because he was the one that verbally told me he could do it, he also saw what I had purchased and approved it was the right one; but these ladies just seemed to be very upset and intrusive that I requested him specifically even though they still got their payment from Fidelity for the faucet.

After that point, I just knew there were going to be issues and that Justin, these ladies on the phone, and FNHW was about to make my life so much worse and more stressful than it already is.

Owen Plumbing is absolutely amazing! From the dispatcher to the plumbing team, everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. I had them complete three different projects in one day, and they handled everything seamlessly. They responded quickly, worked efficiently, and the cost was very reasonable. The plumbers were knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend Owen Plumbing for any plumbing needs – they truly go above and beyond!

David and Zack did a fantastic job installing my new pool heater. They were very professional and efficient. I strongly recommend Owen Plumbing and believe they can address and solve any plumbing repairs and installs you may need.

We have a general generator and Mathew has been very good about servicing it for us. He is always on time, polite and very reasonable with his prices. I would highly recommend him.

The owner is very rude. Talks about his customers and employees behind their backs, insults his employees, causes problems in the workplace and is unfair. He often puts higher paying customers in front of those who just need a quick service. Is very unorganized and also charges customers depending on how he feels that day or towards that customer. Lots more about this company but this is the main part.

Sometimes life throws you lemons. My 3yr old decided to throw his minitures down the toilet Causing a 5 toy backup to get down drain. Well they decided they were not going down and i couldnt coax them back up no matter what i tried. I know when i'm beat and called Mokry Plumbing.

The same day they had a plumber out to my house to correct the issue. After an hour we had a fuctioning toilet and three smelly toys. Thank you for the help!

I HAVE to leave this review. My neighbor, bless her heart, came over this morning and said her yard was being flooded from a leak in mine. It was the faucet on the back of my house spraying though it was turned off. I called Mokry plumbing and they were able to send Zach over within twenty minutes. Zach installed a new outside faucet and the bill was way, way less than I expected. These folks are doing business the right way, taking care of very problematic situations and charging the bare minimum price. I want to let everyone who is trying to find a plumber that is capable and very reasonable in pricing to know that you can trust Mokry Plumbing. Five stars, well-earned. James Oliver on Peerman Place.
