Have used Shoreline for several years. Every tech has been respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. They got right down to work diagnosing the problem and correcting it the first time. The office folks are friendly and helpful. 10 of 10 would recommend.

They came out to the house soon after being notified and took care of the sewer line. They took pictures of the sewer line and we paid the bill. It's been 4 working days and they have yet to give us an estimate on fixing the sewer line and a copy of the sewer line.

Prices were fair, and the office personnel are responsive, they fully explain the work to be done, and were professional. They did complete the work in a timely manner. They are a good plumbing company.

Peggy was awesome helping me with a warranty claim and Chad was awesome doing the water softener and plumbing work at the house. Highly recommend!
