Shoreline plumbing are the plumbers who i trust. There's many men on the team and all the workers know exactly what their doing! I put them in the worse conditions and yet their ready for more. Definitely give these great guys a shot!

They came very quickly and got the job done quickly! We're very pleased to be able to use our kitchen sink again! Also, the price was incredibly good!

John cleared my slow-draining kitchen sink. He arrived on time. He was professional and personable. He did not make a mess. I hope I don't need to call a plumber for a while, but when I do, I will call Shoreline Plumbing.

Called to get a price for changing resin in water softener. Was told they would have to look at it. I was charged 88.00 per hr for them to tell me i should buy a new one from them. Employee took pictures and was supposed to call me back and let me know what it would cost to replace resin and what they would charge for new water softener. Never heard back from them. But I did have to pay them to come out even if they didnt do anything.

When I have a plumbing issue, I think first about calling Shoreline, and I’ve used them several times over the last 20 years. Today I called with a problem with the outside faucet I use to water plants in the front yard. Anthony Molina proved courteous, professional, and timely service (as I’ve come to expect from Shoreline)

I'm afraid this is going to be a review consistent with most of the others. If there was a negative score, I would use it. Have been dealing with this company for the last 2 months for a problem with the sprinkler system at the home of Chief Simpson's widow. Excuses I keep getting from the company: "Super is working on another project and will get to the house within a few days."; a week later, "Super is out of the office and will return tomorrow,"; a week later, "Someone will be out there today,"... and on and on and on the excuses keep coming. Finally, a month later someone is sent out to do the estimate. Next day I call to f/u regarding the estimate. "Super is not in today but will be returning tomorrow and will get that estimate out to you right away." Two weeks later, still waiting. Called this morning, "Let me check on that for you and I'll call you back right away." STILL WAITING!!!

One star is already too much of a rating. By far the absolute worst company ever. I’ve dealt with and seen many companies actually work. If you want to pay for “plumbers” to sit on a bucket smoke a pack of cigarettes, scroll through their phone, and loudly talk about drugs.. pretty much all day.. go ahead, and waste your money. This is the company to call. Going and falling asleep in the front seat of their company vans for hours at a time... weird. Seems like this company doesn’t care who they employ. I bet not a single employee would pass a drug test. Wouldn’t recommend this company to absolutely anyone.

Buyer beware. I had a leak which they claimed was fixed. Two days later a leak occurred in the same location. The plumber found a faulty valve and told me to hook up the washing machine to the valve. I did and the leak stopped. The plumber told me there was no charge since it was the same leak. Two days later Shoreline called and said they were issuing a bill after all because they felt it was a different issue. Horrible interaction. Best of the Best is apparently influenced by how much advertising you give the Caller Times, not quality.

This company does not guarantee their work! They were hired to install a bathroom toilet and tub hardware at my residence. One month later they were called back to inspect tub water leak after first time use. In less than 10 min I was charged $123. They had the audacity to tell me not to fill the tub to the overflow drain cover or water would leak onto the second floor ceiling. Unacceptable is too great of a word for this company.

Nothing worse than a backed up sewer on a Saturday with company coming over. After calling several companies, Shoreline Plumbing came through quickly! Carlos was courteous and answered all my questions. In the end he was able to find the problem-a broken connection at the city connection that caused baby wipes to get caught. I got the line cleared out and now know what to do next. PS, don't flush any type of wipes down the toilet!!

Really bad service. They came to property, charged me 88 dollars for 20 minutes of walking around the property to evaluate the design for a new plumbing lines. I was fine with paying that amount since they came and spend the time to do it. Its been month and a half and I never received the price on the project. Called them 7 times, same lies, they are busy they will get there next week. After 4 weeks from the initial first day - I called them and asked for a refund because I paid someone else to come and do the job. They were not happy and receptive about it , never accepted this as their fault. Told me that they will talk to their manager and let me know - Its been 2 weeks and I called them 2 more times after that and no one is calling me back. Its not about money people - its the attitude and respect that these people are lacking of. What they have done me is very very rude and I am very very disappointed about it. People that are like this don't deserve your business. There are much more hard working people out there. i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM

Dishonest and not up front with costs. They ran a camera through our pipes and said it would be set cost. Then then ran more tests without letting us know what was being done and also charged for that. They did not get back to us in the time they said they were going to get back to us. A supervisor by the name of Tony came by to take more measurements after some of their employees had already came and did so. He then said he was going to get back with us the next day with an estimate for more work to be done and we never heard back from him. We called once more and they told us Tony was out of town and he would get back to us and it has been over two weeks. To this day we have not heard back from them. I could go on and on but I will end this here. By far one of the worse companies i have ever dealt with.

We've had shoreline come out on multiple occasions for big and small items (remove/ replace hot water heater, replacing main sewage line, replacing shower fixtures). Always responsive. Always resolves our issue.

Quick, prompt service. They answer their calls even on holiday weekends. I was reluctant to go with them after reading previous reviews, but agreed to hire them after Erika followed up with me Tuesday after New Year's Day. Mr. Cabrera showed up, was professional and diligenty replaced a water heater thermostat. Thanks

Tony was a very knowledgeable, proficient, timely, and friendly professional. He showed up on time, and was very quick to address my disposal and toilet issues. Quick and efficient. Reception staff Theresa was amazing! Quickly diagnosed my issues and dispatched Tony quickly. I live in Rockport, so the quick response from Shoreline Plumbing was greatly appreciated! Five Stars!!

Horrible customer service, they sit around and charge per hour for being on the phone. 2 days to change a water heater that was under Rheem warranty. Two days later $615 to change it which only 1 hour was actually used to change it. To top it off the job wasn’t done right they had to fix their error that we pointed out was wrong the panel door could not close after their installation. They left my house full of mud on the floors and the walls, and didn’t even bother to clean. We complained about their charge which was over charged and a female from their office was rude and disrespectful. Never will use them or recommend Shoreline Plumbing Company ever! If I could give 0 stars or negative I would, they don’t deserve 1 star.

Lucio and his handy man were very knowledgeable and quick. They were very professional and helpful with explaining the issue they were fixing. Cleaned up and I was very satisfied with the work they did. Thank you!

Plumbers are very professional diagnose the problem to find the cause and then mitigate the problem quick and efficiently. Greatly recommend shoreline plumbing they have great staff friendly business and work towards the greater need of their customers.

Great service these guys were quick to replace a broken gas line at my home. The crews were kind and respectful. The work looks great and the best part was it was HALF the PRICE! of other companies. They definitely helped overcome a tough situation with ease. Thank yall !
