The only plumbing company I use and have for years. Reed (the owner) is honest and trustworthy and earned my respect many years ago.

Had the pleasure of working with Omar who was extremely professional and efficient. Will definitely come back to smart plumbing for future needs.

Leonardo came out and quickly diagnosed a couple of problems we were having. The repairs were super fast and we are really appreciative.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Called for a repair on a Wednesday. No reply back until the following Monday. The reply on Monday was to cancel a 2 o'clock appointment which I was never even notified about!
Unbelievable Arrogance!

Very good service... worked hard on our problem until it was resolved. Very considerate and can-do oriented plumbers. Will use them again.

Your drivers are rediculous. Turn on the headlights. Especially when it is barley light out, raining and some foggy. Never knew the guy/girl was behind me. I couldn't have evaded an accident if i needed to.

Terrible Terrible! Their workers need to be ashamed of slow intentional work just to drive up the work and labor hours! Shame! There is a guy right now out here been on one house since 8am its 6:10 he's in a public housing neighborhood but still we know why our waters been shut off since 8am he's driving up a bill for something that most likely should have only taken 1hour shame shame!! Greed is a sin!!

Scheduled an estimate. Took a day off of work. Appt. Time came and no call no show. Called office and they had no clue about appt. Said I would get a phone call from supervisor and again no call. I will never recommend or use there service. Thanks for nothing.

Leonardo fixed a clog outside in minutes and instead of leaving after the job was done, he stayed around for a few minutes to help educate me on where my water/sewer lines run. Also showed me a few things I can purchase from a hardware store to help with any further issues. 10/10 Leo is a solid dude.

I hit the water line while mowing after hours, and a plumber was at the house in an hour and a half (we were able to turn the water off, so we could afford to wait a while). The on-call plumber had 2 other jobs in line before ours.

Jesse was very professional, kind, and even moved the line closer to the house for us. We will definitely call them when we need a plumber!

I love smart plumbing , from the ladies in the office to the guys coming to do the job, Esmy is a sweetheart, and the 2 guys she sent to check on the pipes were too, great people to deal with, they are and will continue to be the ones to call.

If I could have left 0 stars i would. Poor Quality work. Came out 2 hours late. Then had to come out again because the problem wasn't fixed. Then I was overcharged for the work. Don't ever bother with these scam artist.

Replacing a simple tankless water heater with same make supplied by customer required 6 hours plumber and 6 hours electrician. Very very expensive, but new unit does work.

My kitchen sink was stopped up from putting some produce down the drain. It took them about 20 minutes to do the job and I was charged $270.00. I feel this was an excessive amount to pay for such a simple job.

Smart Plumbing came to do an estimate for a reroute. They instead diagnosed the real problem, and fixed it. The service man had a great personality, did a wonderful job, and we are extremely thankful to the person who recommended we call Smart Plumbing.

Gave this company a try but will never again!!! This company does not inform you on the details of their investigation before they charge your credit card. Please be aware of that! The so called plumber went to my rental house to investigate a leak which turned out to be an AC leak and documented that it took him an hour and a half and then charged me 4 days later without contacting me and letting me know the price of the charge. I don't care they charged me because he did search but at least have the decency to call me and give me details of the bill before charging my card. Also I highly doubt it took that long. I know where my AC unit is and it is visible as soon as you enter the attic. Very disappointed. Will NEVER contact this company again!

I had scheduled for a hydro jet drain cleaning and was informed when he got here that the individual just came here for an estimate and couldn't do it today. Another thing is he came 6 hrs late and wasted my time by being unable to do anything. By far the worst service would not recommend.

Our R/O system install started December of 2020. Our system still has rope holding the system together. Our system is currently not working AGAIN and we cannot get a response. System has not run correctly for almost 7 months now..Drain, electrical and framing for the system are hidden cost not included in quotes.

Pump is not working again and have not received a response for two days. We do not recommend these services for anything related to Residential R/O or industrial services.

Smart Plumbing overcharges customers like charging $368 to change a shower faucet or $200 to change a toilet flush flapper. They do a very poor job also. All the times Smart Plumbing guys came by I have either to fix myself the mess they leave behind or have to call them back complaining. The plumbers are rude and seem always to be rushing to go somewhere else before presenting you with a hefty bill. Never ever will call them again.
