I called this place last week about the plumbing in my newly built 2016 home. The shower and toilets backed up, they came out and said it was the main pipe, supposedly unclogging it after showing up and leaving multiple times within the time they were working.
Restrooms clogged up again 2 days later with rocks and sand coming out of my shower drain. They said they would send someone out within a couple hours and never showed up. I haven't been able to use my restroom since last night.

Contacted in July about a dishwasher install. Sent info on machine & never heard a thing back. Contacted 3 weeks later & sent someone out the next day. Two guys, one smelt like alcohol, said they weren't familiar with the machine & we're scared to install it. Said someone would be here Monday so I contacted Monday morning for a time. Receptionist said she would get right back in touch. No word so I called Ocean Plumbing. The receptionist replied back once I called & told them never mind. Said the owner "makes his own hours".

Best Plumbing Company I have ever dealt with!!! They came to my place of business (EA) and fixed ALL of our plumbing problems in one trip! I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone that is looking for a plumber. Excellent service and wonderful staff.

He was polite and brought attention to a problem that Derek did not. Had he not fix it, Royal would be coming back for the same issue at my cost. There was a lot of mis-to-no communication on first visit. I almost cancelled my membership that I just signed up for.

Austin showed up way before we told that he was going to be here at the house. He did an excellent job on installing the sink faucet and that's why we always use Royal Plumbing to do our plumbing needs..

I wanted to share my great experience with Royal plumbing coming over to my mom's house. Finding a gas leak was crucial. A complete line replacement became necessary. The job was done safely and correctly. We we're kept in the loop. Text messages, emails and phone calls were greatly appreciated and needed. Derek and others were very helpful and professional.
