Had a leak in the yard and contacted Roto-Rooter! They came out immediately. Ruben was great and explained everything. He did an awesome job and even used the grass we bought to put over the repair without us having to ask; I really appreciated that! Definitely would recommend!

When you turn on your shower and no water comes out call Roto Rooter! It was Sunday and it took awhile, but they figured it out and got the water back on. It took some new valves and cartridges to get it flowing again.

Russell and John came out Sunday morning to install a hot water heater and fix a toilet. Estimated work time was 3 hours. Done in an hour forty five minutes!!! Friendly service and kept me posted on everything. Cleaned up everything as well. Highly recommend!!!

Great service provided by Roto-Rooter. They installed a new kitchen sink in my home and the pricing was very reasonable. Communication was always on par. Dallas came over and unclogged my kitchen sink drain quickly. He was extremely professional and would recommend him to anyone. I didn’t realize that RotoRooter plumbing doesn’t up charge on holidays or for emergencies otherwise I would have called on New Year’s Day. Good to know for the future!

I had a major plumbing issue where the outside line was clogged and overflowing, and sewage was backing up into my shower. Eugene came out and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He cleared the main line outside, and when the shower was still backed up, he went above and beyond trying everything he could—including going up on the roof. Unfortunately, he did have to go through the toilet, but he explained everything clearly and handled it professionally. Eugene truly went the extra mile, did an excellent job, and showed real care for his work and his customer. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter 👨🏻‍🔧🪠

Dallas came by at the scheduled time and was very diligent in making sure my clogged sewer line was cleared. He also replaced the wax seal in the toilet. I was very pleased with the way he worked to get the job done properly and efficiently. I was pleased with the amount of my bill. I will call them again if needed and will recommend to friends and family.

It's not my intention to sound like I'm complaining just to complain. We have a food trailer we use for disaster relief as a non profit ministry. There are numerous inspections required every year, one of which is a gas line pressure test. It's mandatory. It must be inspected by a company on a list of approved vendors. The vendors are governed by the Railroad Commission. We used RotoRooter to test the system and they found a leak. They have us the option of fixing it ourselves and paying for a second inspection(over$300 each) or letting them fix it for the same price while they were on-site. I let them fix it. When I got home and saw the"repair" I was surprised that I could see the flexible gas line hanging down below the bottom of the trailer in 3 places. Not just barely hanging down, but drooping 4-5 inches. I can't believe they thought this was acceptable for a gas line to be that close to road. I called to have it corrected and they agreed to send out a more experienced technician the next morning at 8am. I waited until 8:20 and called to see where the tech was. They decided to send him to a different job before coming to our place. I don't know about you but I have a full day and can't sit around waiting for a repair that was not done correctly the first time. I was told they would call the tech and call me right back, they still haven't called me back. So we paid nearly $700 for the inspection and repair and still do not have a gas line that would be safe for travel.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!
I could go on about the bending of brackets and the lack of basic skills but I won't.
