Royal Plumbing is everything you would look for in a Plumbing service. Austin has been great in all areas of his work. Always on time, pleasant and professional. Answers any and all questions completely. Any hiccups were addressed promptly and professional. I would gladly welcome him back for any of my Plumbing or heating needs. You get 5 stars Austin!

We needed an estimate for installing a line for gas service. After I called, Lance came out the next day and shortly after he assessed what the job entailed, he emailed a detailed estimate. Lance was very professional and thorough with the written estimate.

I called Royal Plumbing this morning, and their plumber arrived at my home by the afternoon. The dispatcher sent me a confirmation text with the estimated timeframe and notified me when the plumber, Austin, was on his way. Austin was courteous and very professional. I was so impressed that I signed up for their Castle Club annual membership!

Austin and his Assistant were on time and resolved my issue. Great work and very helpful.

Royal Plumbing, Austin, and staff were very capable and professional in the completion of the task given to them regarding a reported gas leak at my residence. They confirmed the gas leak and proceeded with the repairs, installing a new gas riser to replace the old and rusted one. They also worked with me on obtaining financing to fund the job. I am confident that they would have completed the entire job except for the fact that I opted to choose an alternate route. A leak still existed and the anticipated cost was going to be very expensive because Royal would have had to trench the backyard to locate the leak and replace the line. I opted to change out the existing gas water heater with an electric one and then I would be able to cut off any gas to the house whatsoever. Royal did their job and understood that I needed to keep repair costs down, being I am retired and on a fixed income. This was the best decision for me. Royal will definitely be on my list of preferred plumbing contractors if anything should come up in the future. They did everything I expected and more.

After I paid over $1350. For the gas riser, per previously written, I decided to go with an electric water heater. I asked Royal if they would consider refunding part of the riser expense to me since all gas would be cut off and the riser would never be used. I really thought they would understand that $1350 is a lot of money for a person on a fixed income, especially since the riser will never be used. They have not contacted me at all. I’m glad I didn’t go the route of trenching up the yard for $3700+! These amounts are really inflated.

We have used Royal Plumbing since 2021. They are quick to respond, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Recently we just had a dishwasher installed.

Awesome customer service! Austin explained what needed to be done, it seemed like the work was done quickly and also neatly. Austin was very respectful. I don’t know anything about plumbing but I do know my problem is fixed. Thank you Austin & Royal Plumbing for your service.

Jordan went above and beyond in getting my plumbing issue figured out and resolved, did a great job and was very patient

Royal plumbing is easy to work with! From the nice people who answer the phone to Jordan or Lance when they come to the house to troubleshoot and address the issues.

Jordan Shaffer is the best! I was not at home but he throughly explain in detail to my wife on what he was doing. I will highly recommend Royal Plumbing and Jordan Shaffer to family, friends, coworkers. Very knowledgeable!!

Jordan Shaffer is a great guy. He explains everything very well. He has been at my residence for a couple of times or so. He has shared with me some suggestions on my sewer situations and I really appreciate them and him. Thank you Jordan and Royal Plumbing for taking care of me and my household 😊

He did a great job. Felt it was over priced. I realized the electrian, was more, but 1300 for installation, seemed steep, and other people did to. But at least I have a good water heater, now.

Jordan & Andrew did an outstanding job. They were friendly and pointed out things that may need attention on the future.

I called Royal Pluming for a bathtub leaking. Derik showed up about 20 minutes later. He was very personable and considerate. He looked over the situation and knew right away the part he needed, and explained how it should work.THe part was installed. And thankfully ..no more leaking. I will call Royal next time i need any plumbing.
