Ocean Plumbing, James and his crew have the abilities and work values to completed any minor or major repair or installations required. They will not only do the work requested promptly and properly, they will also let you know if they observer on other potential problems and give you a fair and honest solution. Ocean plumbing has installed tankless water heaters in our business and most recently fixed a dripping Shower head in our house.
James is an excellent craftsman and does outstanding work on large and small jobs.

I had the pleasure of working with James. We ran into a huge problem with where my water pipe ran to the water meter and my house. James was very professional and had some great suggestions. We made a plan and went with it. James and his teams did a great job and we had water running in my house by the end of the day. This is a lot to say considering half our yard had to be trenches and the pipe rerouted. I definitely recommend these guys. I give them 5 stars all day long.

I had a Generic Genarator Installed and needed to have natural gas ran to the Generac. I called Ocean Plumbing and they came out and did a very nice job. I'm very meticulous and wanted the gas line to run across the back of my home to be look clean and neat. I was very impressed with the quality of work. Also they worked well with the electrian to complete the job in a timely manner. I recommend them is you would like to install a Generac Generator .

I had James from Ocean plumbing come out and consult with me last week on getting my pipes from that crazy freeze fixed after I had called literally everyone else in town for the same exact job for a good 3 weeks. I literally had just moved here from Michigan and this is also the first home I owned. While James and his guys were here they also taught me a lot on plumbing so that I could do some myself. Even though my job wasn't finished out completely and understandably so due to the shower having been so busted it really needs to dry out for a good month before I call him back and I definitely will when I'm ready. James thanks for the advice you gave me and yes this is my first experience with homeownership and you also helped in teaching me a little electrical on a box I had never seen before either. You guys are awesome and tell Kris and Nolan I said hi.

I had a hose bib replaced. Service was fine, quality of work seems fine, was a half hour late past the appointment window (that's fine). Job took 30 mins. and charged me an hour (that's fine). Then an additional $100 in parts and taxes for a $10 hose bib! Not fine..

This is the second time that we have hired Ocean Plumbing. We had them out a few years ago to replace some old valves with new quarter turn valves. They were prompt, polite, and professional. They worked neatly, and did the job quickly. When they were here they noticed a potentially dangerous problem. They informed us that the old conventional water heater we had was a ticking time bomb because it had been improperly installed. They explained the issue and possible danger.
This is our second home and we travel a lot and aren’t here much of the year, so it wasn’t something we could schedule at the time, but we knew we would have them back to do the job. We called them a few days ago. They responded quickly. James came out to look at it, and gave us a detailed email quote the same day. We accepted, and they installed our new tankless water heater the very next day! It was a big job- involving replacing more water line valves, including the main. And removing the old water heater from it’s second floor location. They got it all done in a day, cleaned up after themselves. Before leaving they had us check their work, and made sure we were well informed on the operation and maintenance of our new tankless water heater. Once again, we were very satisfied with their work.
If we have future plumbing projects, we’d call Ocean Plumbing every time. You may get lower bids, but this is a case of getting what you pay for. They are professionals, and stand by their work. I highly recommend them.

Our family uses Ocean Plumbing exclusively. James and his crew have completed a major sewer repair and reconnect for both bathrooms. He also installed 2 new toilets, shower heads and a garbage disposal. When booking our most recent appt, he offered to install shower grab bars for safety. Didn't realize grab bars could look like they were the original part of our shower's construction, rather than a clunky aftermarket attachment. James is an excellent craftsman and does outstanding work on large and small jobs. Professional, Competitive Rates and Attention to Detail is excellent. Highly Recommend.

James came to our residence immediately. He was very professional and started performing the services right away. We had a really bad water leak. James made the neccessary repairs as well as other needed repairs. The cost of the repairs were very reasonable. I would recommend Ocean Plumbing to anyone for a quality job.

We have been in our house for 3 years. We have had a couple different plumbers come out because of water pressure problems in the house. Every time they told us, the pressure is fine. James from Ocean Plumbing did some work for our neighbors and did an amazing job with fair pricing, so we had him come out. He did more than just the basic test and found there was a problem at the city line. He told us who to call and what to tell them. The city came out and first said everything looked fine but then did another test and found that we were only getting 8 gallons per minute. We should be getting at least 17. The city replaced our piping that was outdated and clogged and we now get 25 gallons per minute. We are so grateful to James and Ocean Plumbing for taking the extra steps to check out our issue and not just doing the basic test and taking our money. We will ONLY use Ocean Plumbing, along with every other neighbor on the street!
