Very bad customer service. Called for shower drainage both service man and secretary just hung up on me when discussing my dissatisfaction.

He was able to open the drain up very little and when I ask that I wasn’t satisfied he said that was all he can do and when I questioned what my options he just left the site . He. Went back and said I refuse to pay him.

He left never was giving a reason or an options for me. When they called the next day then they said I had to change the cast pipes .

Horrible experience this time with them .
I will not be using this company again .

I had 2 gentleman from McCains to take care of 3 plumbing problems.They took care of all 3 of them efficiently.Very pleasant in answering some questions that I was able to understand.I’m so happy I call them through a recommendation from a Northwest Crossing fb page.You will not regret having them for all your plumbing needs.

Poop was backing up into my tub and shower. McCain plumbing sent out 2 guys that were unfazed. They asked if I knew where or what a clean out was. I did not .

They poked around for a bit... Then got on the roof. By doing so they found said clean out... And used a super snake to go through that one.

All I can say is they are awesome and now my wife won't leave me.

Thank you! We are having our septic system replaced and the crew ran into a snag. We needed a plumber to tie in from under the house to the new tank. They answered on the first call and came out the next day to look at our site.
Darrell inspected the area and went the extra step to look over the rest of our plumbing lines. Even though they were busy, we were assured it would be a quick enough job to get us in.
We couldn't be happier with the work completed and the price. Communication was great every step.

They replaced our kitchen faucet with one i had bought on Amazon, and did a great job. Later, we asked them to replace two bathroom faucet sets and once again they did perfect work. They came out very soon after we called each time, and their prices were very reasonable.
Update March 2025 - we needed our HVAC drip pan drain line cleared and also a shower drain was slowly draining. Jesse and his helper were both efficient and got both drains cleared in a short time for a very reasonable cost! Dwain McCain Plumbing is our go-to place for plumbing needs!

These guys were great! I'm a first time home own and not super knowledgable about plumbing. I did some research and found that I had a slab leak. I called three different plumbers. The first one started talking about redoing the whole plumbing system, the second quoted $2800 - $3200 to cut/cap the line and reroute through the attic.

I called McCain Plumbing, actually got to talk someone who took the time to explain what they would do, would not do and why. They didn't want to give me a quote because they couldn't say what the work would entail, which was reasonable. Everyone I talked to about them told me these were good people, honest and won't take advantage. I had to wait a week for them to come out, I was told they would be worth the wait and they were! Their plumber that did the work told me he was with them the for 21 years, that says a lot!

Total bill was almost 1/4 quoted by the second plumber!

100% recommend them! Repeat customer for sure!!

We got a new hot water heater. And we were having problems with the pipes. Breaking, they were very fragile for its an older mobile home. We tried to fix it that every pipe kept breaking. So I called mccain plumbing. Spoke to a wonderful woman named rhonda. And told him my problem, this is around twelve thirty. On a friday january thirty first. I asked her.Would somebody be here before five. She called back within minutes and said yes, ma'am, they'll be on their way. Two gentlemen came in, looked at the situation. Work from 1 to 5 replace some of the pipes installed the pipes on the hot water heater made sure it was hot before they left. The prices wasn't bad $545. I've been a whole week without hot water.It was a joy to take a hot bath. I recommend them a 100%. I'm very proud of their work. They saved me my weekend.My birthday weekend. A one class

Great overall experience. We have some rental units and the plumbing set up is a bit complex. Mr. McCain was the one who came out for the survey and looked at a lot of options for me. He came out quickly, was knowledgeable and through and got me the quote quickly.

I then scheduled the job and Mario was the plumber they sent out (no not the one from the video game). Mario was great. I actually had another water heater burst slightly before he came and he was able to do the original work of installing a new hot water heater as well as installing a 2nd water heater for the one that burst. He called the office to make sure he had time to do both, he worked quick, was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. And he got us up and running with plenty of hot water for all 4 units.

Overall great experience on all levels. From the speed, the pricing, knowledgeability, and getting it done right the 1st time my experience with Dwain McCain was top notch. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Bailey and Wes (Bailey’s apprentice) came by and found my plumbing issue in no time flat before resolving it like some old school savvy pros lickidy split!! I paid under $300 for a repair that (& I don’t believe I had told them this yet as I wanted my cards close to my chest) Roto-Rooter wanted to charge me $27k for repiping the whole place in Spex-À which was absolutely unnecessary and ridiculous. After asking both companies a couple of quick questions it was no surprise as to the obvious explanation for the discrepancies between the two estimates/diagnoses. Evidently Roto-Rooter’s guys in the field are paid strictly on commission & one could argue this to be a blatant ethical dilemma for their plumbers as it could be easily interpreted as literally costing them money to be honest with their customers. I’m not saying That Roto-Rooter lied to me, but based on the facts as I’ve observed them, it’s hard to think they were trying to prioritize my interests. The guys who came by from y’all’s shop today were much younger & much less experienced than Roto-Rooter’s guy & the speed with which they found/fixed the problem coupled with the fact that they (I think) are just paid straight up hourly could have a lot to do with it. Either way Wes & Bailey thanks again fellas!! Bang up Job!! You’ve earned your shop à customer for life & Mr.Darrell McCain thank you too (& sorry if I butchered the spelling of anyone’s name).

I had a small leak at a water pipe as it entered my home. Over the weekend the small leak turned into a spraying leak. I made several different calls to different plumbers and no one was willing to respond to my emergency. I should say no one until I called Dwain McCain Plumbing. I left a message with their Answering service. One hour later the company responded. I told the dispatcher that I had a major spraying leak where my main waterline enters my house through stone and masonry wall. The dispatcher said that they would send out a team to deal with my problem in an hour. They arrived on time and repaired the leak expeditiously even though the leak was rather complex in nature. I was totally impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity. Also, they gave me an unsolicited 10% discount because I’m retired. The next time I have any plumbing issues, Dwain McCain will be my first call.

Exceptional results! Oscar was able to assist with the water heater repair. He also plumbed a new fitting for a leak we had on the side of the house. We have been using this family owned company for as long as we have lived here for 35 plus years.

Our a/c went out--of course--in the middle of the summer 2023 heat wave. The Bodine Scott technician came immediately and determined that the problem could not be fixed without costing almost as much as a new unit. 48 hours later the new system has been installed and is working perfectly. The price was very reasonable with a solid warranty (which we need here on the coastal desert). Everyone at Bodine Scott from the technicians, the customer service personnel, to the sales rep have been first rate. We have used this company for over 10 years and recommend them without reservation to anyone who is having any a/c issues.
