I was very satisfied with their service. The person answering the phone was super helpful and informative with my many questions and concern about our air conditioning unit. when I called, we were not establish customers and they were able to come out to our home which let me mention is over an hour outside of town and they came out the same day. The technician was very informative, and he took his time, making sure that we understood every step of the process and educated us about our system. They didn’t just show up and “it’s fixed” and then leave. I’m very thankful to have found a company that feels genuine and that has wonderful customer service.

Plugged main sewer drain on a Sunday, they were there to help get it fixed! Friendly service guy who knows his job and had the drain cleared quick. And at normal price which was very reasonable. I know who to call now. Highly recommended!

I’m tired of scammers. Told them the exact problem with my ac (friend looked at it and was willing to fix but didn’t have part in hand and would have had to order). Ac Tech lies and says it’s not the motor and that my drain needs cleaning. (Friend also cleaned the drain) but I let it go on. After cleaning the drain and charging me nearly 300 for it he then admits it’s the motor. Same position as started.

Unfortunately I now have been setting, waiting for 2 1/2 hours for two people from Bodine Scott to show up for a noon appointment. I called at 1 pm and was told they were now traveling to my house. That was 1 1/2 hours ago. Finally arrived at 3 PM. Once service personal arrived they did excellent work. I think my problem was caused by management in the office rescheduling me to later in the day without telling me they changed my appointment time.

Bodine-Scott installed my new AC at my home, and we were very happy with them, so we had them come to the ranch and check our unit there.
We are very happy with their service and professionalism! They checked everything, were on time, let us know when they'd be there. We'll continue to use their services!

While we were under hurricane beryl watch last week, on top of that stress and uncertainty, the air
conditioner in my home stopped working forever.
I called Bodine Scott on Saturday. On Sunday morning Trent was there and diagnosed the situation. On Monday morning
Ryan was there and put together a plan for me. On Tuesday morning Frank and David installed a new updated system for me. It was so comfortable in my home that night I overslept 2 hrs!!
If there was room to give you gentlemen 100 stars I would!!!
The service was fast, professional and efficient and I recommend your company always!

Technically awesome. Guy they came out to my mom’s home was so nice and professional. He kept us informed of his findings and was so kind. We will tell everyone about this company from this day forward. Prices were awesome.

I have been using Bodine Scott for several years now. They serviced m old system and when it was time to install a new one they were my choice. I have been pleased with their service and their general availability. They haven’t kept me waiting except when a part hasn’t been readily available. For my last call Trent took care of a drain line issue and also added some insulation that was missing. All well now…

Been a customer with Bodine Scott for over a yr now. Let me tell you they r the best, very knowledgeable and professional. Just recently got a whole new system installed in under 4hrs, Juan and the 2 other gentlemen were awesome and very polite and professional! My go-to guys for all multi-family projects I manage- from sewage backups, leaking pipes, tub and surround replacements, full AC replacements just to name a few. If needed, I'd definitely use them at my own home as well. Thank you Tina, Brenda, Charlie, Phillip, Oscar, Zak, the whole team!

The tech was courteous and knowledgeable. He showed up early in the time slot I’d been given. He was able to get my system working with a temporary fix to allow time for the needed warranty part to be ordered and available. Thank you for the quick response and work!

Things did not go well for the technician while at the house before mine which delayed the arrival, but even though it was late, the technician Trent still came out and helped me get the a/c working again. Very professional and helpful. We will have to do a follow up to make sure everything is working properly again, but very much appreciate the work even though it was late.

From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with them my experience was pleasant. Charlie helped me a ton, the guys that ended up showing up to my house were so helpful and explained everything to me. I’m a new homeowner and I had no idea what could possibly be going on with my drain lines. I was told I had a break and was going to have to replace the line in my slab. Thank goodness I didn’t, and Bodine-Scott jetted my lines and explained every step to me. As they worked they cleaned everything up and as a busy working Mom I appreciated that so much. I won’t ever use another company after such a great experience with them. Thank you so much!!

Our A/C went down Thursday evening and had another HVAC company come out to figure out the issue. One thing led to another which led to CCAC telling us we would need an entirely new unit for an outrageous price. We called Bodine Scott for a second opinion and they were at our home within 3 hours of calling to run a diagnostic test. What one company tried to bill as a $17k new unit fix, B-S was able to fix the issue with an already on hand part. No new unit needed! Even when I asked on the phone what the estimate of a new unit similar to CCAC was it was immensely cheaper.

Our technicians today were respectful and efficient, they didn’t give us the run around and did honest work. They even answered every question I threw at them. We will be sure to call Bodine Scott first the next time around!

We had a brand new house built in 2021...when we had a warranty on the house we had to have a technician come out because the air wasn't coming out evenly throughout the house...the most important rooms which are our master bedroom and master closet. He did whatever with a laptop I believe and all.was good just for a few months. Now it's back to not cooling the master bedroom and closet hardly at all!!! I've had a few older rent houses that never ever had this kinda trouble...embarrassing really. Today's products and craftsmanship suck today!!

These guys came out to our apartment last night. They were professional, respectful and got the job done! They worked so hard and the communication between them was something to see. I could not be more impressed! Thank you so much

In June I was in Hawaii, I found out about water from my yard running down the street to a stop sign. The city advised it was on my side of the meter. They took care of it after hours and was fixed immediately. They even tested it and put it back in service! Amazing I wasn’t stressed for long. They did an amazing job!

It's never a good time when your A/C dies down here, and it can't get replaced soon enough. Our A/C went pining for the fjords on a Thursday, and the technician called time of death that afternoon. Friday morning Bodine-Scott's project manager came over for a look, and before lunchtime he sent us a replacement proposal. I was hoping they could start right away, but the earliest they could manage was Monday. Spent a miserable, sweaty weekend waiting, but true to their word they showed up first thing Monday. And by close of business the new system -- condenser, air handler, all connections and a fancy new thermostat -- was up and running. Consider us cool and satisfied.

Amazing plubing service call experience. Vernon and Aaron arrived quickly were very professional, did the job right and got it done quick. Pricing was very fair as well. Highly recommend for plumbing and will be using them again

Bodine & Scott are a company with competitive pricing on minor repairs and every tech has been kind and helpful, but the company seems to have communication and organization issues when it comes to more serious repairs. After being patient and being given the runaround for almost two weeks in a 90 degree house- I cannot recommend this company to anyone else who might have a more complex AC issue (currently have a leak). Hope to get some answers soon.
