Steve is amazing! Repaired our system in a timely manner. He is very professional and a pleasure to have working in our home. Steve made three trips to get the system running. As we all know getting parts from the manufacturer has been a nightmare. They worked diligently to obtain a new motor. A++++ service.

I was out of town and had a leak at my residence. Bodine Scott came out and took care of it for me. They called and explained everything to me over the phone. Great service at a reasonable honest price.

I had a slow drain in the kitchen had a snake run through with another company still had drain problems . Called Bodeine Scott … spoke to Charlie he got someone right on it they ran a camera saw the problem told me what would help with buildup ran the snake and a camera so I could physically see the problem for myself . They didn’t leave me guessing whether or not I had a busted pipe.

I appreciated the plumber showing his license upon arrival not what the other company did. He was prompt cleaned up the mess and gave me peace of mind! I highly recommend this company not just for AC work because I already trust them with that but also for plumbing work! Great group of guys very Professional!!

Able was a GREAT technician!!! Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, personable and arrived a little early. He got right to work, found the problem and had my ac working properly with twenty minutes. I was VERY PLEASED with Able and will request Able in the further. I will tell all my friends and family members to call Bodine-Scott for their heating and ac work and request Able to be their technician. Bodine-Scott is blessed to have such a wonderful man like Able working with them. He deserves a hundred gold stars next to his name.

We could not be more pleased with this company. The previous owners of our house used them, so when our A/C went out at the end of 2021, we called this company to service the unit. It turned out we needed a new one—on December 29th, smack dab in the middle of the holidays. They were able to replace it immediately, and the service and their responsiveness was fantastic.
This past weekend, we had what we thought was a plumbing leak that turned out to be a minor issue with the AC (the drain line clogged because we don’t run the A/C enough as it’s a second home, and the drip pan overflowed). When I called for service they said they’d be able to get someone out there the next morning at 8am. The technician, however, happened to be a couple of streets down and took it upon himself to drive by the house to see if we would like to have him take a look that day. Roly was wonderful—and he has us back up and running in a matter of minutes.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

The gentleman (I did not get his name) who came out to service us today was fantastic! He took his time to diagnose the issue & instead of a quick fix, replaced the plumbing within the system that had a design issue and corrected it. He did this on the Friday before Christmas. This was the first time using Bodine-Scott A/C. I will definitely be using them in the future

These folks were responsive acting quickly. They were early friendly and professional and price the was fair. Excellent Service. Pay options were great. I especially liked the Apple Pay option. Very fast and convenient. They are definitely my first Go To option next time I need AC Service.

Would not recommend. Last summer our AC broke. We heard good things about Bodine-Scott so we call them for the repair. The issue ends up being a major coil. We’ve only owned our house 2 years so this sucks but it is what it is. 800 dollars later the technician does the repair but tells us right away that as he was installing the coil he broke a valve. He stated that he put in a temporary piece (a piston valve) that would allow the AC to work but not the heat. As it’s 100 degrees outside we had no issue. A week or two later another tech comes in to fix the mistake of the first guy. He was in and out and said maybe two words but we didn’t think anything of it. Thinking back I don’t know if I even saw him go up to the main unit in the attic. Fast forward a few months to our first cold front - our heater doesn’t work. We were not too alarmed because we just assumed that maybe the valve didn’t get replaced and Bodine and Scott would just come out and finish the job and fix it. That was not the case. They refused to make it right stating that it was outside of the 30 day warranty. Even though it was their tech that admitted to breaking a part in our AC. I’m a reasonable human. So I could even understand that if they go in and see it’s something else then sure we pay for that. When I offered this they immediately said no, that we would need to pay the $180 (or similar) diagnostic fee and when I asked if that could be reimbursed if it was to do with the piece their tech broke and they said they “didn’t know”. I wouldn’t recommend a company with such lack of integrity in their work.

Although there were problems with the factory equipment (fan motor: no fault of Bodine Scott), the Bodine Scott technicians were great, especially Trent, who displayed a blend of patience and determination to achieve the sole purpose to get my air conditioner working properly. This young man did a great job and I am very happy with the results and recommend Bodine Scoot highly. Also, the cost was about 30 % less expense than the my first option.

On July 23, 2024, additional work was done to my a/c unit by Juan. The fan blade was replaced, refrigerant was added, and leaks were sought.

I waited until this morning to make this review, so I could track my a/c. The noise level has never been quieter, the unit is running smoothly and cooling although the heat index is 115 degrees.

We could be any happier with Juan service, knowledge and professionalism. 5 STAR recommendation.

I attempted to utilize a different company who was rude and gave me the run around. They told me they could not come out until Monday. I called Bodiene Scott. Right away, I got a call back from Luis. He was so helpful and understanding. Assured me someone would be out same day. The tech, Steve, called and informed me he was on his way and was accurate with his arrival time. He was great! He did a thorough job and explained to us what happened. There was no hidden cost. The service and repair was very affordable. I will definitely be calling them for my service needs in the future and highly recommend them.

Thought I had typed up a review. Great experience. Made an emergency call and was told it may be until at least noon. A tech called me shortly after 9 a.m. letting me know he was on his way. Knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Diagnosed my problem quickly and did not try to sell me on any additional services I did not need. He also took the time to educate me on future steps to keep my AC system happy and healthy.

Paid $194.50 just for diagnosis, guy was a nice guy and figured out the problem but said they couldn't fix it on the weekend and have to wait until at least Monday to repair it. Had to call again to schedule the second repair visit and they said they would call me back and haven't done so after four hours. So my house will stay at 86+ degrees for days.

They were very quick to schedule our services. Tech showed up in the window giving and called when headed to location. Both techs were very well informed and got our mini split ac unit installed with no problems. Even did multiple double checks to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Wonderful crew. Recommend them 100%. Ryan is a great lead tech. Thank y’all for everything

We had a sewer back up yesterday. I called Bodine Scott and they had a crew at my house within 30 minutes. The job was done quickly and for only $99. Awesome company and I’ll use them anytime we have a plumbing issue.

They took my call on a Sunday got back with me within a couple hours. The technician they sent out to inspect it was professional he did a great job explained everything to me.
The installation crew was very professional very informative worked with the rain and seem to be very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied from start to finish. Your installation crew was top notch.

Technician arrived promptly, analyzed A/C unit, decided on repair plan. Parts needed from factory and Bodine expedited order and receipt. As soon as possible, technician returned and fixed everything. We are very satisfied and will continue to use them

The service from Bodine-Scott was excellent. They communicated with me through the whole process and worked around my schedule. When they were on the way they let made sure to let me know. When the technician arrived he was courteous and found the root of my AC problem in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using Bodine-Scott when you have an AC issue!

Unfortunately cannot recommend this company. I had previous work done in the past where they were very easy to work with. However, a few months later, while under contract to sell my house, the inspector had a laundry list of issues with the HVAC that needed addressed. Some techs from Bodine Scott came out and had an even larger laundry list of repairs which somehow weren’t of concern just a few months prior? And cost an additional grand to fix. Seems very shady when you have the same company come out and for the same issues and all of the sudden there’s a whole bunch of repairs needed (such as kinked ducts) that weren’t addressed during the first visit.

I had purchased the Smart 1 Agreement when I purchased the system. I called them up for an check-up appointment. Easy to setup and the technician was prompt, friendly, thorough and efficient. Everything check out and the visit didn't cost anything since it is covered under the Smart 1 Agreement. Definitely I will keep this service.

The plumbing team at Bodine-Scott was very professional and polite. They kept me informed on their progress and answered my questions. Each day I received a text letting me know they were en route. I am happy with their work and would recommend them.

Great respectful tech. Got us patched up until he was able to return after dye ran its course and to bring replacement parts.

Customer service however needs to work on getting the customer a better ETA. Twice they were way off on eta, left work earlier than needed.

Otherwise, great service from the tech.
