Concrete worker building a patio for us a hit a waterline in slab, (yikes). Our home is less than a year old and was plumbed by Dwain McCain Plumbing. Dwain McCain Plumbing (Trevor and his crew) responded immediately to our call and was at the house in less than an hour! Crew located the punctured water line and also had to find where to kill the hose bib source in the walls and repaired it with minimal damage to our walls. They came back the next day and found another water source to use for a new water spigot to the backyard. We are very satisfied with the professional work and price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

Always had good results with these guys, until today. Had an urgent issue. Tried for 45 minutes to get in touch with someone. Never got anyone to answer the phone, so after 6 tries, I had to move on.

I had spoken with Kim two days ago and she had told me that someone would be calling me to come work on the projects at my house. I still haven't received a phone call after two days. If you don't want the job say so; I'll find someone else who wants to make money.

Had sewer line stopped up 2wks ago. Mario and Gerald were very professional. Mario and Gerald worked hard as a team and both explained things when questions asked. Would recommend and call them for any future plumbing problems.

I called these guys for a second opinion after Roto Rooter told me I had a sewer leak under my foundation and sent me a quote for $10k to tunnel under my house. And boy am I glad I did! It took them two attempts. The first time they found a leak at the toilet flange but the real problem ended up being a broken sewer line above the foundation. Few hundred dollars vs. $10k. They were honest, diligent and most importantly not commission based! Great plumbing service

Have does business with them for a long time. Very honest people and do a great job. They couldn't fix the part for our water well but took time to tell the well people what the issues are. Great response as we really needed it someone to look at it. My husband is disabled so this was a blessing. Thsnks. I would refer you to any one.

Excellent plumbing company! They did an outstanding job with my aunts house. Big job with horrible gas lines and got it back to city code. Excellent communicators from office staff to plumbers. A special thank you to Rhonda and Mario! I had a drain issue because of new counter tops and a deeper sink that I recently had installed. A previous attempt at fixing the issue didn't work and Rhonda was very patient with me while I "attempted" to explain the problem. Mario came out today, discovered the problem, gave me an estimated cost (which was less than I expected) and I said go for it! Three hours later and I was so excited - problem fixed!!! A few other companies were suggested, but I'm so glad that I went with McCain. They will always be my go to plumbing company!!! Highly recommended...

Family owned and operated... I have used this company for more than 30 years and they have never let me down. Quality of service is always consistent. I use them for both business and home plumbing. Dwain was my first plumber and now his son Riker and Darrell have taken the lead. I have great confidence in their ability and skills. Very nice people to work with.

These gentlemen are wonderful people! They deliver service with a smile and do outstanding work. Very trustworthy and honest people. I would have no problems leaving a key under the door mat for them to come do work when I'm not at the house. Can't say enough good things about them.

Called in the morning with a clogged sink. The dispatcher was very friendly and honest about schedule. She called sooner than expected to let me know they were on there way. They showed up got right to the problem and cleared the drain. Very reasonable straight forward pricing and billing. Highly recommend!

My elder mother had a clogged toilet, she called another plumbing company that advertises on television. They tried for 2 hours and could not get the problem fixed. I got a recommendation from a contractor friend who said "I only use McCain Plumbing, they are simply the best in town". My mother called and they were out the next day and were able to get the problem resolved. They charged a reasonable price, were very professional and thoroughly cleaned after their work. Thank you McCain plumbing I will never call another company for plumbing needs!
