When everything goes wrong and the temp in your home matches the Texas weather outside….you start calling everyone for a hero.
It was a Sunday and I called or messaged so many. Nathan from Zeds Air LLC responded rather quickly and promised to be here before the hour was up.
Nathan was at my door quickly. In my eyes, he was already wearing a long red cape. Flew up to the attic and quickly back down to tell me he had found the problem. He said he had what I needed in the truck and 20 mins later, my A/C was running again.

When you are hoping for good news on a horrible day but wishing for honest and great service(like what you’d expect from a hero), you can’t get better than Nathan.
He answered every question while working and was professional, courteous and friendly.
We have a new A/C Pro we can trust. So much so, Nathan will be returning to completely replace my entire system.

My unit stopped working yesterday. Called zeds air conditioning & heading hvac repairs and set an appointment. Nathan the tech came out and got it back working. Nathan is very knowledgeable and understanding. Broke down the options and prices. I truly appreciated his professionalism. Definitely recommend services 👌.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Could not ask for better service. I had an emergency after hours and these guys showed up in 45 minutes!! Solved the issue in 30 and left my ac working like it’s brand new. Will use them for my yearly maintenance from now on.

Nathan was great! The house AC broke and the weather was 95F. He came at 6 PM and fixed the issue within an hour. He was very professional and was great a communicating with me. Highly recommend.

Nathan is our hero! We got back from a trip at 8PM on a Sunday to find out our AC wasn’t working and it was almost 80 degrees in the house. He was at our place within an hour to fix the bad capacitor, but also look into why it broke and find a solution to prevent the issue in the future!! Super friendly, professional, did a great job of explaining the issues and put our mind at ease! Highly recommend!

Nathan did great work! Our AC stopped cooling at 9 PM at a warm evening. I contacted then around 10 PM. They replied almost instantly and arrived first thing at morning and fixed our AC before 10 AM.
We love it!

Nathan with Zeds air came out and did the tune up at my home in Katy. I called him because I saw smoke coming out of the outside unit, he checked both the heat and cool very well and let me know what was going on and gave me peace of mind. I recommend him 5/5.
