I call this company to repair my wine cooler and said they will charge for the call service if I don’t do the work which I agree then they gave me the price for fixing it and we agree and paid them but the same night the machine stop working I call them and the technician came back and supposedly fix it and then again stop working I call them again and gave me long explanation why didn’t work then I said to him I willing to paid for the call service and I will like the refund of the repair that wasn’t done and he agree until now he has refund me that amount every time I call he said that he is working on that now is more that six months and still I’m waiting
He gets the manager or owner very upset every time that I call
