Absolutely amazing service. My AC went out at 4:15 PM and they had it back on by 7:15 PM. I was really lucky they had Brandon available right around the corner. Rick is very personable and great with communication.. I think this is our third time using them and we will continue to do so. Highly recommend

Diamond Aire has been providing HVAC services to my extended family in the Cypress area for many years. They have replaced entire systems for my parents and brother, performed emergency service as needed, and performed annual maintenance to keep our systems working and prevent problems. The company changed ownership earlier this year and the new owner is picking up where the previous owner left off by continuing to provide great service.

Diamond Aire made the entire process seamless from start to finish. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. From scheduling to service, everything was clear and well-communicated - loved being able to track the tech's arrival. The team was knowledgeable and direct, and you could tell they were true experts. Highly recommend for anyone needing AC repair or installation!

I have used Diamond Aire twice now and very satisfied with their service. They replaced a couple blower fans, diagnosed Freon leak , and replaced compressor fan. This is a smaller down to earth company that I feel is sincere and trustworthy. They went to extra efforts in diagnosing to make sure they didn’t add unnecessary costs. I would definitely use them again.

We are blessed to have separate AC units for upstairs and downstairs. Over the last 8 years Diamond Air has replaced both units, serviced them, and repaired as needed. We trust Diamond Air completely. They are open and honest, always giving us options. Very dependable. And they are good men. We highly recommend them!

Great service s always 5 years ago my boss recommended them to me. They have replaced both my systems and I couldn't be happier. They have been very responsive whenever I had to have them out, definitely a business I will continue to use. Josh has always been great to work with! He does my fall and spring tune ups, highly recommend!

I have been a customer of Diamond Aire for several years now. I have always been more than satisfied with their service as well as their technicians. Josh has been to my house on several occasions, and he has gone above and beyond every single time. I highly recommend not only Diamond Aire, but Josh as well. Their prices are always competitive and more than fair, whether it's installing a brand new AC system, or yearly maintenance, both of which I've had done. I recently purchased a mini split A/C for my garage with installation from Diamond Aire. I got a better system at a better price than several other companies were offering. Scheduling, delivery and installation all went smoothly. I will be calling them in the future for A/C work in the house.

I contacted Diamond Aire after being referred to them by my neighbor. I wanted a 2nd opinion and price quote for a new AC unit. Brandon was very professional and took the time to explain his findings. It turns out, my existing unit simply needed to be cleaned and topped off with refrigerant. I saved thousands of dollars by not having to buy a new unit. Diamond Aire has won a customer for life.

Diamond Aire has been fantastic! We initially used them during our home buying inspection to ensure hvac was in good shape and to identify the cause of a cooling issue on the second floor. After close we called them back out to service the units and perform repairs - they were able to identify a very odd installation error and fix it which saved us tons of issues and $$. They've been out for seasonal servicing a few times and are always polite, on- time and thorough.

Called about our AC unit not working via text, received a message back in about 5 minutes. They scheduled Brandon (their technician) to show up an hour after they got my call. Great service! Brandon was right on time, fixed the unit and was finished in less than an hour. I really appreciated that level of service. Will recommend them to anyone I know for AC service.

My experiences with Diamond Aire has always been above satisfactory. They are quick to come and fix my AC. Which is vital during the hot weather. I know Rick personally and he is a good man and someone I trust. Jason does a great job making sure my AC operates at its best. I’ve been a customer for the past 15 years. Needed to replace our AC. Very reasonable estimates within a day, and were super responsive to questions and options. Came out on a Sunday morning, had estimates in hand that afternoon, and the new AC was up and running Monday afternoon. I got estimates from 3 different companies, this was the highest quality system at the best price. Install was clean and professional. Very happy with the service.

So safe to say that Diamond air, specifically Ben and Brandon, have been so incredibly helpful throughout this process and helping me fix my HVAC promptly for my tenant. They responded quickly, were easy to schedule, had the most fairly priced offer, and made sure to update me through every step of the way. Thank you so much!

Brandon did a great job helping install my arome diffuser machine in my AC unit. He gave me advice on better thermostats to use with more features to distribute the scent frequently and looked at my ac setup to see if he found any issues. Great experience
