When home warranty companies have left us without cool air, American Comfort Experts was quick to fix the problem and did the job right. They're always honest, professional, and quick to get us on the schedule. Communication is excellent - the tech calls when he's on the way, and we even get a text with his picture so we know exactly who to expect.

I received excellent service from technician Antonio Pruitt.I am an existing client and this was Antonio‘s first time servicing my home and I was delightfully pleased.He was on time, professional, informative and very helpful regarding the replacement of my air filters in addition to the annual maintenance. I’d recommend him to everyone and will request him specifically going forward if that’s permitted.

Technician came on a Saturday for our semi-annual checkup and found our water was leaking. We were leaving the following Monday for a week so needed this fixed ASAP. They came back on Sunday and replaced the water heater!!! Both technicians were extremely professional and worked efficiently to get the job done. I highly recommend this company.

The company’s technicians are always professional and helpful. Love that the company has techs on call after hours. As a homeowner, issues can come up at any hour without warning so it’s reassuring knowing their service is there if needed. Recently, Antonio Pruitt helped diagnose the issue with our heater and was able to get the heater working on a Saturday evening ahead of a weekend freeze. This has allowed us to have heat in our home until the quote and part that is needed to repair the heater can be acquired on Monday morning. Antonio was friendly yet professional explaining everything to us.

I meant to leave this review sooner, Edgar and Roberto truly did an excellent job. From the moment they arrived, they were punctual, professional, and ready to work.
They took the time to walk me through what they were doing and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated how organized and detail-oriented they were throughout the entire installation.
They were also very respectful of the property wearing protective coverings and making sure everything was clean before they left. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free.

Felipe was very professional and explained what he was looking for and showed me what the issue was.

Felipe came out on a Sunday to check out sudden issues with our AC. He diagnosed the issue for free and was thankfully able to replace our capacitor immediately!

Felipe is always on time, explain every single step of the work to me with some good humor in between. When outside is 90+ degrees and our AC broke, Felipe squeeze us in on his busy schedule and show up to get us going as promised, even that is after a long day of work and he is already really tired. We end up needed 2 new coils, again, Felipe show up with the team on-time and get it done quickly and professionally! He is not like others who will often sell you services which you not needed, in contrast, Filipe even throw in some extra work for free just to get our system working great again. He take pride of his work and will be sure be our go-to for AC needs in the future.

Felipe has been helping us out with our AC system for the past few years. His company is the opposite of many other businesses that seem to employ more salespeople than technicians, and who only focus on maximizing your bill. He is a professional we could always rely on to solve our AC problems reliably, quickly and for a reasonable fee. For anyone who is not an expert in HVAC systems, it’s essential (especially in Houston) to have someone whose opinion and recommendations you can trust, and I’m happy to say Felipe has always been able to offer us options that fully addressed our needs, and, most importantly, to perform the required repairs (and recently - a new system installation) cost effectively and at a high quality level. I called Felipe for an issue I had with my AC. He was responsive and on time. Most of all, he was very professional. Felipe took his time to explain what the issue was and how it would be fixed. But he didn’t stop there, he also told us what we should do to avoid future issues.
