Air Oracle performed routine maintenance on my heating system. They discovered that there wasn't a Sediment Trap for the furnace iron pipe. My system is gas and it's important to have this feature. I'm so grateful that my technician saw this issue.

They sent me a proposal for the Sediment Trap and they did the installation yesterday

I contacted Air Oracle, and within two hours, they had a technician dispatched to my location. I was so happy because they were able to squeeze me in earlier than the initial timeframe scheduled for. Both the after-hours representative, Maverick and the follow-up rep, James, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The technician, Alex, was also very personable, thoroughly explained what needed to be done, and completed the job efficiently. I was also impressed that he wore the shoe protectors without me having to ask! I would highly recommend their services for anyone in need!

Air Oracle handles our HVAC system since we got a Trane unit installed by them August 2020. Had to call them more than a couple of times for maintenance, including needing refrigerant, fan motor replacement, capacitor issues, and then this time the compressor. Also found out that the coil and the valve needs replacing. So, new coils and valve and compressor, but had to call again because the thermostat reading is still 79-80 after 3 hours. They came back and did adjustments. Now it’s 2 hours after and the thermostat still reads 78. I’m going to give this overnight, and hoping the temperatures stabilize and stay where I want them to be especially tomorrow afternoon. Fingers crossed. Unit warranty is a good thing but the professionalism of this company is another level. Thanks to the crew that did the hard work. And thanks to James and Mary Ann as well.

Excellent service, highly recommend. Thoroughly professional but very friendly techs. Very courteous and respectful. Don’t go anywhere else! Always prompt and keep you updated as when they will arrive. Explain their findings well and give options for repairs.

The technician arrived before the set appointment time, which was great. He was very courteous, kind, and attentive to the needs that I needed in my home to listen to the problem that the previous technicians had tried to perform after observing the problems as described he proceeded to correct the situation he had me up and cooling less than 20 minutes. Air Oracle took care of our heater same day I called them. The technician who came to fix the heater was very knowledgeable and was able to get it working in just 15 minutes or so. He had to come back next day to replace the sensor and both times he showed up on time. Many thanks to Air Oracle for fixing our heater just in time for the winter storm.

They were quick to get us on schedule and the repair took under an hour! It was a small item and our house cooled 2 degrees. They also notice a couple of maintenance items that needed to be address and are quoting we can maintain the system.

I had an excellent experience with Air Oracle when they came out to tune up my HVAC system for the winter. From start to finish, their team was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable.

During their detailed HVAC inspection, they actually discovered mold inside the system, something that could have easily been missed by a less thorough company. What really impressed me was that they recorded a video of the issue and walked me through exactly what they found, explaining everything clearly and honestly without any pressure.

Air Oracle’s technicians clearly know HVAC systems inside and out, and their transparency and attention to detail really set them apart. On top of that, their pricing was fantastic, especially considering the level of service and care they provided.
