We love these guys! They service our AC normally but this time we arrived home from vacation with no AC due to the motor dying on the unit. I text them at 8am on a Sunday morning and explained our predicament. They arrived at 10am and replaced the motor. We will always use Air Oracle!

Great experience! The initial call with the woman over the phone was pleasant. It was same day service and she was even able to move the time earlier. The Technician Duke is awesome! He was friendly and straight-forward. He quickly diagnosed the issue and checked the entire system finding the issue to be an old capacitor. He had a spare in the truck and swapped out parts and rechecked the system for overall function. I will be using Air Oracle again and would highly recommend others to do so as well.

The company came out several times and provided a different diagnosis every time. Several attempts have been made to make it right. However, the ac unit is still not working to its potential. I wouldn’t recommend.

Air oracle is our go to AC repair! Alex is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. Friendly and honest. Prices aren’t the cheapest but not the most expensive, just fair for great service. The office is super responsive to calls and they strive to get someone out ASAP. We’ve had one unit replaced with them and several service and maintenance repairs. Thank you air oracle.

Had a thermostat go out after Centerpoint cycled Power too much and burned it out along with a couple of other things. James and his team at Air Oracle came out and helped got me new thermostat installed real quick! couldn’t be more appreciative for getting my house here in Cypress cool again.
