Mary Ann, James and Team Air Oracle come though again! At the end of the day on July 3rd, the day before Independence and a long weekend, my AC went out. I called Mary Ann who had a tech out the same evening. He discovered that my AC unit wasn't getting enough power to run. Our breaker box had overheated and burned the breakers. The tech referred us to Lee Electrical Services who also checked the unit that evening and had it fully replaced the next day. On July 4th! I've used Air Oracle for many years for all my HVAC issues. They're honest (how refreshing), knowledgeable, personable, and do good work at reasonable pricing. Don't hesitate to call them if you need service!

Very quick response to my online inquiry (even after hours). Good consideration for my budget and goals - what was best for us? Prompt service the next day. Friendly service technician. It's rare to find a service company you WANT to work with, but I think Air Oracle might be one of them.

This review is long overdue. I have used Air Oracle several times over the last couple of years and they are just the kindest people! Very thorough and they gave me options instead of throwing out a huge price. I have worked with other AC companies before and was never happy with the service.

An update since my last review. James and his crew continue to exceed all expectations! They just finished a AC and furnace workover at that had numerous issues. The Carlos' installation crew and Omar's troubleshooting were all fantastic.

Like many, we experienced A/C issues after the May 16 storm that hit Cypress. Once we had power, Air Oracle sent a crew that day and continued working with us until all the issues were resolved - some of which were holdovers from a horrible HVAC contractor. James and his employees are all pros! And, contrary to many in the HVAC industry, Air Oracle did not try to "upsell" us. Everyone at Air Oracle was simply focused on helping us get the A/C running. In the end, the cost was fair and we have a high degree of confidence in their work.

We called Air Oracle on a Friday just after they closed. They quickly called back and scheduled us for Saturday on Memorial Day weekend! Omar came out and was fantastic! He was very professional and detailed what needed to be done and answered any questions I had. They are also very fair in their charges too. We have used them in the past, and honestly we would not call anyone else! I usually don't do reviews but they really deserve 5+ stars!

The technician arrived and immediately got to work. Checked all parts of the system and identified the problem and was able to fix it. He was professional and the company’s prices were reasonable.

Great experience with Air Oracle today. The rep that came out was very nice & explained everything to me. They were able to squeeze me in and were reasonably priced and honest. Highly recommend this company for any AC/heating needs.

I never thought I'd take a picture with my A/C but if you were like me and went through a week of no A/C with no rain and 100+ Temps you might take a pic with your new A/C too. Thank you to @AirOracle for being quick with the quote to the install in what 48 hours? Everyone was professional and I like a clean house so bonus points for the installer putting down tarps to protect the floors. I can't say enough good things about this company.

We called them for a consultation since our AC needed to be balanced. The tech was here for five minutes or less and wouldn’t really go into details about what needed to be done. He kept emphasizing that we needed to wait for the quote. We ended up receiving multiple quotes from them one for a drip pan and one for the air balancing. We called them numerous times for clarification, three to be exact, and never heard back. We just wanted to know what was going to be done and what kind of warranty if any would be provided. We ended up calling a different competing company who was super thorough and detailed in telling us what our options are and ended up replacing our AC with a top of the line Trane system from them. Overall, we had a very negative experience with them and the receptionist seemed very unprofessional and inexperienced. She said James the owner would call us back and he never did and also said that the people who wrote the quote were the only ones who could explain everything to us and that they were on vacation for a week. We do not recommend them!

Air Oracle is a great company. They were very thorough when providing the estimate. On the day of installation, the guys worked timely and professionally. We needed them to come back to make some adjustments on the ventilation between rooms. They gave us top priority and were always very understanding in communications. I would highly recommend them.

Air oracle came with good recommendation from my bf and his family. Had my compressor and coils replaced - good communication and options provided by their diagnostic team (Johny) and a very hard working crew that came out for install date (Ivan).
Also - they were either on time or early for their appointments. I know that can’t always happen but I appreciated their promptness!

Highly recommend air oracle. Came out to fix a competitors sloppy work and actually didn’t charge me anything. Competitor didn’t properly seal my plenum to the return and became detached, return was sucking hot attic air in.

Will continue to use AO vs anyone else.

In my experience, this is a top notch company. I’ve had them do work at my house a few times over the past 3 years, including a full HVAC system replacement, and they’re highly professional without being overpriced
