My AC wasn't blowing cool air. Fan wasn't spinning and was making a clicking noise. Jay provided a text message that he was on his way. Very polite and courteous. Replaced capacitor and she started right up. Thankful he came out. Will use again.

I called about a dryer duct cleaning. I was told they do this service. When the technician arrived, EFRAIN, he had no idea they did that service and said he had never done it before. Later, he called me, saying the manager said they do the service and that it is $900.
A dryer duct cleaning for $900??? What a joke.

Mr. Campuzano was very nice, informative, and thorough during our yearly maintenance appointment! He is trustworthy and didn’t try to sell me anything I did not need!!! Which is huge!

Our tech the first day was Michael Schober. We had the 3 installers for the new unit to be installed. I had another problem that I got Christian for. My experience with all of them has been great. They get with you extremely fast. Super friendly and professional. Answered all my questions. Great company that won't leave you hanging. They want their customer happy.

Solid work from this company. They treated me well and solved the problem quickly. Replacing my brick wall, which they had to deconstruct in order to fix a pipe, took longer than expected and they were not in communication during that time. However, overall I am satisfied with the job.

Excellent customer service from scheduling to job completion. Really appreciated Turbo's 24-hour availability to fix our AC unit within the same day. Kavin was professional, courteous, and persistent at diagnosing and fixing our unit's electrical issue. Kavin didn't leave until he completed the job even though it was close to midnight, this is true dedication and amazing customer service!

Frank (Robinson) did a great job. I called for service on a thermostat. He arrived on time, went right to work after getting the initial information. He performed a complete inspection of not only the unit in question, but performed a thorough visual on my other unit, as well. No issues were found in the units or wiring. His final analysis was that the thermostat, itself, may be faulty. He suggested I watch it. If the problem reoccurs, he recommended it be replaced and offered their services to do the replacement.

All in all, I was satisfied.

Jose and his crew of 3 guys did a good job installing a 10 Ton commercial AC for my business. They were on time and got the new system cooling great. The next day there was a small leak of condensation coming from the air handler in the ceiling and within 4 hours he was back to fix the problem. Great work and fast response!

We’ve used these guys several times. We call and they usually have someone out same day to diagnose any problems. They’re very nice from the first point of contact through the end of the job. Sean came out for us each time and is really thorough and helpful. He’s open and honest. The guys who came to do the work were prompt and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend them! They were half the price of the big guys!

Recent problem with phone number was because the anti-Christ, Comcast Cable, gave this good guy a 'new' number (so they could bill him $ for a new number) when he moved his office one (1) block: and Comcast never told him they would disconnect his 'old' number.

Incredible service. Called these guys about my problem, sent out a service man next morning I had a leak in coils, got a price from David the owner, 2 days later a full crew of 4 people came to replace the coils, @ 8:30 in am. All were very professional, and helpful , they completed the job in less than 3 hours.all were courteous, and knowledgeable, and very willing to answer any questions, the head man on the job answered any question I had about the thermometer etc. I would recommend the co. To anyone and everyone. I am truly a raving fan of this co. Also got messages from the office throughout the project telling me who was coming with a picture, when they would be there and when the finished. Have never had service like this before.
