I waited for 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and then turns out they don't carry the electrical switch I was there to pick up. If you'd acknowledge the client and see what they want first to see if you carry it, that would've been helpful and saved me 20 minutes of wasted time. Or at least say "We'll be with you soon"

Awesome. Honest and reliable. Ok. Couldn’t figure out how to post a new review. But it’s now 2021. Had a problem with GFI. Lance helped me OVER THE PHONE! I will always use CADDELL ELECTRIC! They are truly a company that is honest and helpful. Never have I experienced such amazing customer service!!!!

First the bad...they don't do free estimates. They charge you $40 just to tell you what they would charge you for a project so I would not recommend them if you are trying to quote a project.

What I would recommend them for is emergency work and items that you know they can 100% handle. I have used them twice in this instance and they were prompt, friendly and professional.

I think you have to be picky on what you use them for as the $40 fee just to get an estimate is silly in today's world.

Lance and company showed up on time. Estimated a fair price to fix some old knob and tube wiring. Left everything clean and working properly. I would definitely use them again!

We used Caddell for our remodel. They did a new panel for us and then rewired all sorts of stuff. Paul was super helpful and very accessible if we had questions. Good experience.

Lance has done a few jobs for me over the last 2 years. I could not be more pleased with his work. After calling him to clean up after a few other lesser electricians, he has both been able to recover what was poorly done by others and do new work to help solve some unique problems with my home. While he charges a fair market rate, I'm willing to pay if only to know that the job will be done right.
