Very thorough - they even made sure to clean up around any areas they worked on.

I had a great experience getting a couple of small projects done at my house. Pricing was fair and Lance was great to work with.

My home is almost 60 years old with major electrical issues. An upgrade was done about two years ago by a competitor of Caddell Electric and it was way over my budget as well as the technician wanted to upsale me and wouldn't use items I had already purchased for the upgrade.

This time, I just needed some basic electrical installs, and decided to go with Caddell Electric.

The scope of work consisted of installing two (purchased by home owner) ceiling fans (one with light-kit), two ceiling lights (very basic), and one vanity light which gave the technician some trouble, but he made it happen!

My technician was Damon. He completed all the work in about three hours, was clean, professional, and on time. He wasn't upset even when my dog barked at him.

For peace of mind and quality of work, I would definitely recommend Caddell Electric to my friends and neighbors.

The technician Mr. Steve R was very professional. He explained everything to me in a way that helped me to better understand the circumstances of my electrical wiring issues.

Mr. Steve R was able to assess and resolve the issue in a timely fashion. The cost of services was reasonable and within my price range. I would/will definitely refer/use their services again if any problems should arise in the future.

Caddell Electric came out to my house last week, the electrician was both knowledgeable and courteous. It took him no time to troubleshoot the issue and fix the problem. I will definitely use these guys again.

Caddell Electric has been helping me bring my 1950's home up to 21st century living standards over this past year, so it's like I live in a new home now. Today the power went out in my attic and Lance was able to come out the same day to get it fixed. What a lifesaver!

I needed a professional, licensed electrical service company to connect an exhaust fan in a bathroom and attic. I found Caddell Electric on the internet and was reassured by their licensing requirements for their electricians. Their appointment procedure was flawless. On the day of the appointment, I received a notification call when they were on the way, and their uniformed technicians arrived right on time. One was a master electrician; the other was a journeyman. They were courteous and competent. They efficiently wired up the device for a reasonable price and left everything neat and tidy. I couldn't be happier.

Caddell Electric helped me troubleshoot and repair a damaged line running to an outdoor light and outlet. They also helped me place my new portable AC unit on a separate circuit so it would not affect my computer anymore. The initial estimate was close to $1000 but they worked with me to find another solution that cut the cost in half. They were professional, nice to work with, the pricing was straight-forward, and I believe they were reasonably priced considering the other electricians I had quote for the same work. Damon did a wonderful job, removing very old fluorescent light fixtures and replacing them with 2 ceiling fans with lights. It gave the room a much needed modern look, without the buzz , & I just love them. Damon knows his skill.
Damon also added a light switch in the garage so us "old" people don't have to cross a dark room to turn the light on. I just love it & could not be happier with the service & technical know how. I would highly recommend Caddell Electric. Thanks so much for a job well done from start to finish. The price was right also.

We got up last Tuesday morning to discover we had no A/C, no hot water and an alarm system that was out. I had read the BBB reviews about Caddell Electric and called them. I was told no one could come out that day but the very nice man I spoke to suggested calling the power company to come and check the lines as we had a couple of different issues going on. The power company came out within an hour and confirmed no issue with the power line, but said there was something very wrong with our electric panel as he could hear sparking and one of the trip switches was very warm. I called Caddell Electric again and explained the situation. They had someone at my home within an hour and the issues (turned out to be two completely separate and equally dangerous ones) fixed in no time. I highly recommend Caddell Electric for their customer service, friendliness and expertise with which they get the job done.

This is my fourth time using Caddell Electric and they always show up on time and provide honest recommendations. Caddell has installed and/or repaired numerous items for me ranging from sockets to breaker boxes and surge protection. I have met three separate technicians and all are friendly, professional, and explain everything in terms anyone can understand. Very pleased.

They installed a very large ceiling medallion on our 18-foot ceiling, and two smaller medallions in other rooms. They also installed a standard outlet in the garage because our garage fridge kept tripping the GFCI outlet there.

They did a very good job installing all the medallions, even though one of them was quite an intricate process and required a lot of troubleshooting. It was evident that the owner cares about doing the job right, and I appreciated that. They were careful to make sure everything was done well and that the medallions were securely installed.

I would use them again. I appreciated their good attitudes and the owner's integrity to do a good job.

I contacted Caddell Electric through The Good Contractor's List and was provided initial information about pricing and made an appointment. As promised I received a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Lance and Elijah assessed my non-functioning GFIC outlets, quoted me the minimum to repair and performed the repair. Lance also noted that I needed GFIC outlets in my kitchen for safety. I was given a quote for the additional service and not pressured to add this service to my work order. This additional service required minor tile cutting to make the outlet space larger. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I will call them again should I have further need.

Caddell Electric always do a professional job and take the time to make sure everything is done correctly and to a very high standard. They are the only Electricians that I will use. They installed a new panel in my house after a lightening strike and their work is exceptional. I now use Caddell for all electrical work on my house and recommend them to all my friends. They recently came and replaced some GFCI's in my house and we couldn't be happier. A+++

Lance & Elijah are great! They came out today to fix a couple issues and gave me quotes on a few others I still need to tackle. They explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand and they were patient with my questions. Would definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Caddell today - the owner and his stepson were very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They were also very patient while I had two other repair people coming through the house. This was my first house purchase, so I wanted to learn about the electrical grids, and I also wanted to have a number of dimmer switches swapped out for regular switches. They even recommended the exact specialty lightbulbs I should buy for my ceiling and recommended a great place to buy them online. Everything was done perfectly and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them in the future if I have any issues!

My experience with Caddell was very positive. Jason Bailey, the technician, was on time, friendly, and very diligent. I needed two fans replaced, and it turned out to be a more difficult job than normal. Jason still did an excellent job. I would recommend Caddell to anyone and certainly use them again.

Caddell Electric came out and quickly replaced a blown outlet and then checked the rest of the outlets to ensure everything else was safe. I appreciate their professionalism and concern for my family's safety. They went above and beyond what I expected, and was thrilled when they showed me how to save on my utility bill every month! To date, I have saved over $300!
