My friend referred me to Anthony Aguilar with Medallion Electric for installation of a NEMA 14-50 outlet for my Tesla. I called Anthony on a Monday and he had his electricians to my house within 1 hour to take a look of the work needed to be done. Within 30 mins after his electricians leaving my house, I received a formal quote from Anthony. The quote was significantly cheaper than the rest of the electricians, who seem to mark up electrical work for Tesla (aka the "Tesla Tax"). The following day, Anthony's electricians came to my house and were finished within 30 minutes. I have recommended Medallion Electric to a few of my friends who have recently purchased Teslas, too. Great service, great quality work, great communication, and super efficient with time!

Mariano was incredible! This is by far the best experience I have ever had with any type of repair man coming to my home. He was exactly on time! No waiting around for 3-4 hours. Extremely polite and courteous! Was willing to fix anything we needed done. Everything was fixed properly and quickly and done with a smile. It felt like a friend coming over to fix something for me. I had lost partial power and called over a weekend. I got a prompt answer (no operator), and Witt guided me through potential fixes and helped me troubleshoot whether the issue was with Oncor or internal. I was able to get on the schedule the day of, but they made sure I contacted Oncor first before they came out and I was charged. Very helpful and very responsive. I’ll be saving their number for any future electrical issues.

I had an unusual issue with my bathroom circuit. Jaxson listened to my observations and was able to successfully resolve my issue.
