Complete incompetence.
I specifically looked for an electrician in Dallas that could install a Temporary Power pole in Dallas. They said they can do it.
Turns out they know nothing about the permit process or how to properly install the pole. The outlets were not attached the line wasn't installed high enough and more fails.
On April 2nd we got a Red Tag that cost us $75 that they refuse to re-imburse for. The fail was their fault.
We paid for this pole in 2 payments in February that to this day they dispute the 2nd payment.
After several onsite visits they finally figured out how to install the pole correctly and we got a Green Tag on May 14th... 3 months later.
Now they say that we owe them $1137.50 and when I spoke with the female at the office she called me a liar.
If I don't get a paid in full invoice today, I will be contacting my attorney.
DO NOT USE THIS HACK FOR A TEMPORARY POLE.

Daniel with ElectricMan did an excellent job. Had a wire cut behind Sheet rock during fiber optic wire installation. He was able to fix the issue in a timely matter and even turned the mistake into two additional outlets. Thank you for the great work and we will definitely give ElectricMan a call for any further electrical issues.

I was looking through services and couldn't find circuit breaker box. I'm a two time user of this companies services. The first service was for replacement circuit breaker box and grounding rod replacement. The Electricians that came out that day were very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated their input and discussion of electrical concerns of my home. The previous box I believe was from 1982 and a fire hazard. Was in much need of updating. We've been very happy with the updated and upgraded box we now currently have for our home.
The second visit was for an electrical concern where voltage was coming through out water fixtures both inside and out. However that quickly became a city side issue. Nonetheless ElectricMan dispatched in a responsive and timely manner to try and come diagnose the electrical issue. Although it wasn't their job to fix the city side electrical they did come out and do their best to find and address the issue.

We had a recent lighting strike that caused an electricity surge through our home. Daniel with Electricman was fantastic. He was professional and thorough. He presented us with options during his inspection that were very much appreciated. Thank you to the Electricman team for delivering great service once again!

If you received a surge protector from Electric Man I recommend that you take a look and make sure that you didn't receive a sycom syc 120/240-t2. This surge protector was recalled in 2019 because it caused 5 fires in Cary, North Carolina. We had a surge protector installed by Electric Man in February 2025. In May 2025, I had a ceiling fan installed and that electrician noticed the surge protector and warned us that it was recalled. We called the owner of Electric Man who immediately recognized the error and sent someone that same day to change it out.

Daniel was knowledgeable, professional and quick! I had partial power after the tornado/severe storms hit in May. Half of my outlets and switches didn’t work. After going back and forth with Oncor, they assured me that full power was restored at my home, that’s when I reached out to Electric Man. They were able to schedule me the same day! Turns out I was experiencing several electrical issues simultaneously. Daniel was able to diagnose the problems efficiently and I finally have full power after two weeks! Thanks, Daniel!

It is such a refreshing pleasure to be able to give a positive review for a service provider. Our electrician, Marciano, showed up very quickly on the day we first called for service. He was professional and polite — he spent a lot of time explaining to us what needed to be done, and why, and answered all of our questions to the point that we felt comfortable in trusting our electrical needs with him. This is an older home that has been remodeled a couple of times and we did not feel comfortable with the electrical service and quality of work that had previously been done. He identified areas of concern and ranked them by levels of importance for legs safety needs, which was very important to us. We are looking forward to his return later this week to perform the work that is needed to make us feel safe and comfortable in the new home.

Daniel did an incredible and fast job mounting fixtures for me, hanging lights, and installing a ceiling fan. The guys at ElectricMan were able to get out same day I called and were very honest about issues and pricing. Highly recommend them for any electric needs you may have!

Way too expensive. Was quoted almost $8,000 dollars for a new fuse box. No payment plan no financing. Got a second opinion through a different company and they were shocked by the invoice. Went through them instead for $2,900 and got everything we wanted. Whoever came out seemed nice enough but I'm glad I had the wherewithal to seek out a second opinion so my family wasn't taken advantage of.

After smelling a fireplace smell and hearing a crackling sound coming from a floor outlet, Daniel was able to not only come 1st thing this morning but quickly figured out the problem. We were very impressed with his promptness, expertise and ability to fix what could have been a very serious issue. I've used Electric Man for years and will continue to do so. Marino Was a godsend!!! We moved into our brand new new build home, and our dryer stopped working suddenly. So we were in a pickle, and figured we’d probably have to purchase a new dryer. However, after calling electric man, we figured they would be able to help us out and maybe it was just an electric issue. Turns out it absolutely was, but at first, we couldn’t figure out exactly what was happening as the outlets were giving out enough energy. Marino did extensive research and ultimately left with no solution. But call me the next morning on a Saturday and told me he thought about a solution last night and that he had one, so he went to Lowe’s purchased a Brand new switch for our breaker specifically controlling the dryer (as the new build wasn’t compatible with GFCI connections in our Samsung dryer). And it worked!!!! Thanks to him we would’ve gone a long, unnecessary rabbit hole. Thanks Marino for going above and beyond and helping us resolve an issue that was important to us.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind! I had an urgent need and Mariano was dispatched to my home in about an hour…on the weekend! He looked at every possible point of issue and found the problem. It was resolved in about an hour, and the service charge and labor fee were customary. I will definitely use them again for any electrical needs that arise!

Electricman and their electrician Daniel did a great job with an install of a new plug to charge our EV. He did a load assessment first and made some recommendation to improve safety with our older panel, and got the job done in just a few hours. Much appreciated for the great work!

I needed an electrician to relocate a low voltage control box in my back yard. I set an appointment with Electricman who would come out to assess the work for a $99 trip charge. The electrician said the work would take 1 hour and after talking to his office, the change for the 1 hour was an additional $375 so the total cost for the one hour was $475.00 which I think is very expensive for the 1 hour of work!
