My husband had suggested we use Caddell (since he had a great experience in the past) to assemble and hang a chandelier in our living room with a 19 foot ceiling. The owner showed up with one of his employees. They were very knowledgeable, very straightforward with pricing, and did an outstanding job with the installation and cleanup. We will definitely be calling them back for more work in the future.

Lance and Elijah were the technicians sent to my house. They did a fantastic job and were very efficient. They met all of my electrical needs within my lunch hour. The technicians were sure to put disposable booties on in order to not track dirt in the house as well as took care when moving my belongings around. They explained, on a high level (I am not an electrician or even anything close to an electrician), the roots of the issues. I highly recommend Caddell Electric and will use them for future electrical needs! I found them through The Good Contractor's List which I highly recommend as well.

I recently bought a older home that required quite a bit of rewiring and a new panel. Lance and Elijah did a fantastic job. Everyone was easy to communicate with, professional and did solid work. I won't hesitate to use Caddell Electric again for any project.

Great company that I had come out to install a Nest Hello door bell at my home. Elijah and Lance were very professional and clean. Lance was very knowledgeable about the job and educated me on how the doorbell functions. Now I am enjoying the Nest Hello without any issues! The company provided me with reminder alerts about the appointment ahead of time which I thought was very neat. Highly recommend these guys and will be hiring them again in the future to install a chandelier.

This was the second time in 4 years that we have had storm damage to our home’s electrical feeder. In both times, we called upon Caddell to come and repair the damage prior to the utility company reconnecting our home to the grid. Both times, Caddell was expedite, respectful and vey conscientious about repairing our system and getting power back to the house. We are quite pleased with their response and corrective measures.

Today I had Steve as my electrician, he was very professional and courteous. My problem was handled in a quick and economical manner. He gave me great advice and I would recommend him to anyone.

This is my second time using this company. I used them a few years back when I had to move an old electrical panel that was located in a bedroom closet to the garage because of issues with the electrical panel box (Recalled Federal Pacific Electric - FPE could pose a fire hazard). The company was very efficient and competent then and now. The quality and integrity have not changed.
This last time, I upgraded my Ring Video Doorbell and wanted it hardwired because of frequent recharging of the original doorbell. The owner, Lance Caddell was proactive and checked with the Ring before installing the transformer and resister supplied (which by the way was the wrong type). He went the extra mile to make sure that my doorbell would work. A new part had to be ordered and because of Mr. Caddell, Ring did not charge me for their mistake. Today, Caddell Electric came back and installed it, but ran into a few problems again, Mr. Caddell was back on the phone to make sure that the doorbell would work - he troubleshot with the technician and it was working before he left.
I will always call Caddell Electric for all my needs and would encourage others also to do so. I have used Milestone Electric (they are wanting to sell you more stuff) and other companies, and I cannot recommended them enough. Caddell does an outstanding job!

Excellent service and super knowledgeable regarding anything electric you have to deal with. Prompt and very thorough, I would definitely use them again.

We needed to replace our breaker box, and I called Caddell Electric. Every aspect of working with Mr. Caddell was prompt and professional, including his crew. The bid for the work (the breaker box and some miscellaneous repairs) was reasonably priced, and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly. They showed up when scheduled, did the work requested, and cleaned up properly. We subsequently had 2 more jobs for them, and had the same great experience both times. I got 3 bids and picked Caddell because not only did I have a good feeling about them on the phone while setting up the bid request visit, they were competitive in their pricing. Not the lowest, not the highest but really, in the sweet spot for me in the middle.

Then Lance (owner/master electrician) and his journeyman electrician Elijah came-on time as promised the day of-and they got to work to replace our old panel with a new Eaton panel and breakers and I saw them work and realized I had made the right decision. They had a lot of steps and they knocked them out as efficiently and safely as one could hope for.

I attach some photos of the changeover to the new panel with my wholehearted recommendation that if you need quality electrical work at a fair price, choose Caddell as one to bid the job.

As well I found them through The Good Contractors List which carries its own service guarantee with its registered contractors if you follow the process to engage a contractor through the list. Contractors cannot buy their way onto this list. They have to be invited, pass the vetting process and remain in good standing to be able to have TGCL offer the service guarantee.

Next time you need electrical work - residential or commercial- give Caddell a call. You will be glad you did! And you’ll meet some really nice, professional electricians in the process.
