Just left about 3 minutes ago after being in and out for some miracle gro soil. It was $7 and I paid immediately with my card but not before 2 women surrounded my register. The first one, a young Hispanic girl in drag makeup and the other an older white woman blocking my exit from the self checkout lane. Noticeably, I was the only black girl in the store but somehow being dressed in full lululemon with a Chanel bag still makes me a thief. Respectfully, go to h*ll.

As a builder I have worked with many landscapers on many different projects. The team here is outstanding, the attention to details is incredible and I am very impressed with the quality of their work. Blake was the project manager I worked with and he was very communicative, clear, and paid a lot of attention to the details. Thank you for a great install on this project!

We've had a few issues with the landscaping of our new build and Garden Design was quick to replace dead bushes via our Warranty program. They also replanted an uprooted tree (pulled out during a wind storm) at no charge. Everyone I spoke with was very responsive and kind. Great experience!

Garden Design Inc. listened to what we wanted and made it happen. The crew was on time and professional. They worked very hard and completely changed our yard from barren to beautiful in a couple of days! We are extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with their landscape.

Working with Scott, Patrick, and the Garden Design team was a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and responsive. We were pretty particular in what we wanted and they gladly made several return visits until all details had been taken care of. We really love the way our back yard looks!

We will never go anywhere else again. Garden Design did our landscaping after a pool install and they were such a breath of fresh air after a terrible pool process. Every detail was communicated as promised and they bent over backwards to accommodate our timeline that was way past due from the pool install. What really set the whole process apart though, was our project manager, Blake. Each plant and tree was handpicked by him and he even helped us augment the plan along the way. Any day that we had work done, he was here multiple times a day and communicating any items he wanted tweaked by the team. I am a nitpicker and he beat me to every nitpick. We have recommended Blake and Garden Design to multiple friends already and will have them back to do our front yard. These guys are worth every penny and then some!

Absolutely terrific people to do business with. Fantastic support in design. Helpful in value engineering the right plants to fit the budget. Excellent plant quality. Reasonably priced and excellent value. Always on time and very professional. Beautiful installation. Terrific crews and really kind people. recommend them highly.

We recently contracted Garden Design and we’re so happy with our choice. From the initial consultation, through the design as well as implementation we were blown away. I was not expecting an on-site project manager for our project but was pleasantly surprised to have Blake on site walking me through the layout the day of execution. They were also extremely adaptive as I made on the fly changes and additions. Needless to say there are lots of choices when choosing a landscaping team but we highly recommend Garden Design.

We’ve worked with Garden Design for over a year now and have been fortunate to have really wonderful people handle our projects. Eric Liebman helped ensure that our overall landscaping design came out looking better than we’d even imagined and was very open to our ideas. Jerry Yates has made sure that every part of our garden is taken care of and has gone above and beyond to ensure that we get the exact design and plants that we’ve wanted! He’s also always been willing to help answer any questions and concerns immediately. Highly recommend Garden Design for all your landscaping needs, and definitely request Jerry as project manager!

We were long-time & loyal customers for 2 years and paid them tens of thousands of dollars to maintain and improve our lawns. In response to a drainage issue in our backyard, GD installed what they claimed to be a "french drain" and replaced over $8k in plantings that had died due to overwatering. The drain they placed was no drain at all. Most - if not all - of the plants they added at the same time died long ago. Their solution...charge us another (almost) $15K to place another drain...also as we now know would not have worked either and to "repair" the drain they already installed. Having lost trust in their expertise, we decided to go elsewhere and asked only for a portion of the money back for the work improperly done. They said no and that we would have to sue them if we want to try to get any of our money back. Not our favorite outcome, but we may have to oblige them to obtain a fair and equitable resolution. Big company. Nice people. But not willing to back up their work when things go wrong.

We recently completed two projects with Garden Design, one to enhance our front yard and also to install a completely new design in the back yard. Like any project it had its twists and turns but the Garden Design team was professional and responsive throughout. Special mentions to Scott W, Kendal E and John M who went above and beyond on numerous occasions. We finished our project in late November with freeze conditions baring down but the plants made it 99% in tact with a few to be replaced under warranty. I am really looking forward to spring when the plants come into full fruition and we can enjoy our new outdoor spaces. I can be picky about my contractors but these folks I liked and felt I was in good hands. They did a great job.

Garden Design handled the original landscape plan and installation for our new home. The company was previously selected by our builder, so we were not sure what to expect. We were very pleased with our project managers' plan, their help during needed revisions and, of course, the installation. They were extremely knowledgable, respectfully steering us away from bad ideas and directing us toward good ones for our property, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Also, I appreciated the highly professional nature of the process, from the logo-ed uniforms and truck, to the quick response to emails and the efficient nature of executing the contracts. I highly recommend this company and would use it again.

We reached out to Garden Design to request a bid to complete our backyard landscaping. Had a good interaction with Blake and we felt he knew exactly what we wanted. While we had few expectations as to cost when the bid came in we were blown away at the price (more than double our expectations). We looked into the line items and found Garden Design was up-charging most items 3-5x or more over retail pricing. I have no trouble allowing a firm reasonable margin, but 3-5x retail pricing, is excessive (e.g. top soil priced at $130 per cubic yard, when retail pricing is $40 per cubic yard, $1500 for 3.5 pallets of sod when retail pricing at the time was under $200 per pallet). Labor costs, which we expected to be the bulk of the work as the materials were limited, was the lowest cost.
We let Blake know the pricing wasn't something we could accept, thanked him for his time and told him we'd keep looking. Blake came back and told us he'd see about some discounting as it taken over a month to get the bid to us. This was the last we heard from Blake or anyone associated with Garden Design. I understand if they couldn't discount the bid from what was offered, but to simply ghost us is unprofessional.
Garden Design seems to do good work, but their pricing, as presented to us, was excessive and communication unprofessional.

Garden Design was recommended to us by a friend and we are happy to give our highest recommendation for them to handle any landscape project.

Garden Design has been one of the best companies we have worked with. From design to installation and completion, it has been one of the smoothest processes we have experienced. Andrew’s ideas were excellent and only needed minor adjustments for our tastes, as he was almost able to read our minds. The company is efficient, reliable with all work, on time with the schedule, and extremely flexible in making any last minute adjustments. They have a speedy system from design to installation, and Andrew’s extensive experience has been unparalleled. They do NOT cut corners and provide quality service. Andrew told us their top priority was to make us happy and they backed it up at every step along the way, even going back and changing out items that were completed, but not what we anticipated from the plans. Even now as our project has been completed, they are still around making sure our landscaping has taken and that we are happy with how it’s maturing. We can’t say enough about our experience with Garden Design.

I cannot say enough good things about Andrew and Garden Design! I have never seen a company take such great measures to run a business with such personal care and principle. Blake has been our representative and always goes over and beyond to take excellent care of our property. Even when something went wrong (things happen to everyone), they went to the ends of their power to make it right. Every company has an issue from time to time, but the true test of character is how you handle them when they happen. I cannot say enough good things about them! True blue!

We chose Garden Design to complete a fairly significant scope of work that included several different types of landscape materials as well as both redesign and new design elements. Andrew, Blake and their crews were professional, timely and knowledgeable. They have had fantastic follow up and were constantly communicating with our pool company to ensure the least amount of disruption to both projects and worked very hard to stay on schedule. There were a few bumps along the way but Garden Design remained true to their word from start to finish.

Garden Design helped us design and install a firepit area in our yard and it came out beautiful. What we appreciated the most was their responsiveness and communication. They were constantly updating us throughout the process, communicated any delays due to weather and answered all of our questions. They followed up after installation to walk the property and ensure we were pleased with the design. We will definitely use them in the future for any of our landscaping needs. We highly recommend them!

We started our process last year working with Heath Johnson who has been amazing. He came up with a great design to build out our out-door kitchen and bar area and well as, add landscaping to our front and back yard which included some privacy trees. The installation team was also great, very professional and cleaned up everything when they were done. We were extremely happy with the install. Where the trouble has come is in the warranty process. We unfortunately have lost 4 trees in the backyard. We filled out the proper documents to start the warranty process and were well within the 1 year mark. The warranty paperwork was completed in March of 2022, and as of the end of September 2022 our trees have still not been replanted. We get no answers when we call except that "I don't know why they haven't been planted". This is frustrating to say the least since we are getting close to the time when it's not great to plant. I am in the Customer Service industry and would never get away with this type of service.

Brad and Blake are an awesome team and provided excellent guidance to their crew. We are extremely happy with their attention to detail, their level of knowledge about plants as well as irrigation and soil. All very important. They were advocates for our struggling boxwood bushes and replaced our dead Indian Hawthorns with more Texas Hardy shrubs; we highly recommend this outstanding company and will not hesitate to hire them again in the future. Fair prices, quality work, actions support their words. Integrity!

Incredibly responsive and professional. We built a new home and they were a wonderful partner during the design and installation process. Blake Nicholson did an incredible job and is passionate about what he does. He's also a perfectionist, which we loved! You won't do better than Blake and Garden Design!
