Jesse and his team were fantastic to work with. They did a large residential project for us and did great work. Jesse was very involved and consultative with his feedback and stayed involved throughout the project. We will continue to use LHS for future landscape needs and have already recommended them to a few neighbors.

These guys lost their best employee, Mike Freeman, who moved to Oklahoma last year. Their quality used to match their high prices. Not anymore. They came out last fall to replace the annual plants. It took 4 trips to get everything right including two trips to repair the landscape lighting. Charged me for 15 hours of tree trimming I didn't authorize let alone get anywhere near 15 hours worth of work. Finally got a supervisor to come visit since sales guy wouldn't return my calls. He promised to remove two trees for free to make it up to us. Guess what? Never heard from him since. I am leaving daily messages on his office and work phones now. Pity when a good company turns to crap.

March 2013 UPDATE: Matter was finally raised to the owner, Gene Freeman, at Complete Landsculputure. He telephoned me personally, apologized profusely and asked what could be done to correct the matter. He arranged for his crew to come remove the trees as previously committed. They showed up on time, cut down the tree and stacked the cut wood in fireplace lengths in our firewood rack. The yard was spotless afterwards and the stump was cut down to 1/4" above the ground! Gene followed up afterwards and assured me they were making improvements in his customer facing team members. You can't ask for more than that.

We had Tim M. Design the landscape for our backyard and couldn’t be happier. He listened to what we wanted and made our vision come to life. He was so easy to work with and really flexible with our schedule. Can’t recommend him enough!

Our Condo HOA had been working with a couple of different company's to update our pool that had nothing done to it in years and there was no landscape at all! After meeting with Jeff Ditta last fall-we knew we had found the right people!! Between the landscaping and then the update on the pool it's self, with the help of Dan Hall-we are set for a summer of fun and a beautiful inviting pool to enjoy!!! We all say Job Well Done!

You kept us informed through the whole process and it was completed a lot quicker than I would have thought. It was great working with Tim. Personable and knowleadgable, Tim explained my landscaping choices but without the hard sell. I appreciated that. It was also great working with Adam in tree care--very efficient and effective. Also, all of my watering and sprlinker issues were taken care of. Additionally, working with office personnel was easy.

I had a major rooftop deck renovation performed by Complete Landsculpture. The project took approximately 5 months, and was overseen by Jeff Ditta. I am extremely happy with the results and recommend Jeff and his team without reservation. The cost was high (approximately $100K), but they took care of everything, from design to build. Jeff understood my vision and created the perfect design that took my wants into account and maximized them for the footprint of the roof. In areas of uncertainty on my part, his input turned out to be right which was valuable. The major reason to use them is that they take the worry out of the process. Jeff almost always returned my calls or answered my texts within the same day, and would promptly address my concerns, no matter how small. Jeff and his team are friendly, respectful, professional, and worth every penny.

We used Complete Landsculpture as the landscape maintenance contractor for our 138 unit condominium property for about 2 years. At first, their service was fine but soon degenerated into the typical "mow, blow and go" service offered by so many poor suppliers. They ignored 90% of the items in the contract that they had agreed to and refused to provide them as our property's landscaping deteriorated. As far as we could tell, their crews are virtually unmanaged and they perform the same minimum of service at every property despite the unique requirements of each. They are too large, too bureaucratic and unresponsive to problems. DO NOT USE THEM!

Our project manager Nate helped me plan and installed a surprise “Birthday garden” for my wife. It was all done before she got home from work. It was a big hit, she loves it. Thanks Nate.

Thanks to Gene and his remarkable staff, our backyard went from blah to WOW in 4 weeks. They got our unusual vision of a backyard beach bar and even incorporated a large outdoor tv, 2 fire pits, a 15ft fishing boat and so much more into the design. Only problem with the backyard, is we never want to go inside! We were most impressed by the interaction and level of respect all the staff has for each other at Complete Landsculpture. It is obvious when meeting and watching the crew work, that they are well trained, enjoy their jobs and and truly care about the level of service they are providing. We could not be happier!

Complete Landsculpture installed a fire pit for me, along with installing synthetic grass in my backyard. They did fantastic work, and I highly recommend them.

We have 2, 100 year-old oaks in our front yard that add a lot to our home as you can imagine and we choose who cares for them very carefully.

Complete Landsculpture's tree team is all that we could hope for. Their arborist was born to care for trees, educate clients and deal with the most difficult issues personally.

The rest of the tree team worked diligently and left no trace after they were done.

I have used CL for over 15 years. When I need landscaping, a new pool deck, a stone fence,
a retaining wall or whatever is required to "finish" my yard I know I can count on them. They just completed a project in my backyard...on time and on budget. Only one problem, the yard now looks nicer than the house. Too bad they don't do home remodeling.

We engaged Complete Landsculpture to landscape our new house in Denton. From planning to hand over and support after the work was done, their service was excellent. They are a pleasure to deal with and are prompt and courteous during every interaction. Would definitely use again. Quality work, quality people.

I chose Complete Landsculpture to landscape a commercial property and install a drainage system. Despite the fact that their bid was higher than the rest, I liked their ideas and hired them. The plants ended up looking nice, but they did not plant quite a bit of what they charged me for. They had to come out a second time to complete the job.
The second part of their contract with us was to install a drainage system. They did a horrible job, as the system failed from day one. After several months of "living with it", I called to complain. They sent a gentleman out 3 days after he promised to be there. He said the failure was our fault because leaves were clogging the drain. I tried to explain that it never worked from the very first rain, but my concerns fell on deaf ears. He cleaned the leaves out and told me that I would most likely have to clean this drain out weekly! I was very dissatisfied with the "its not my problem" attitude I received after paying them a very significant amount of money to have this drain installed. 1 week later, I received an invoice for the cleaning! Less than 5 months after the drain was installed! At my expense, I hired a degreed, licensed engineer come out to our property and explain why the system failed. He explained that the piping and materials used were inadequate, and would never work for that area. Now I have to have the entire system removed and redone at my additional expense. I spoke to Complete's accounting department weeks ago and explained my frustration, and I was told she would look into it and call me back. I have not heard a peep from their office, but I keep getting invoices for the mock cleaning. I would NOT recommend them for any service above planting flowers, as they are not qualified and offer no support.
