I found this company to be pretty much first class. You definitely pay for first class, but they lived up to my expectations. Things were on the level and not that shady feeling I get occasionally, wondering if people are going to return to finish the job. I liked that it was explained to me in detail the changes that had to be made. Michael was very personable and knowledgeable and studied the situation before he dove in to repair it. Definitely a very professional company.

The service by the technician was amazing. Everything from the appointment setting to arriving early but not before reaching out to make sure that was ok was excellent. My only complaint was there is no way to get pricing for labor beforehand and I felt the price was a little extreme. You have to pay $75 whether you take the job or not. Which is fine but really leaves you with no option but take the service or be out $75. I should have done a better job of pricing out the job on my end.

Craig completed some much needed repairs around our garage door frame as well as the front door to our home. It required some heavy carpentry work. The completed job looked much better than the original and he did not cut corners on the products used either. Extremely skilled, a strategic problem solver, and a craftsman quality finish was far more than what I expected to get — in addition to very friendly, knowledgeable, and far beyond competent service A++ will use again in the future and recommend to anyone seeing repairs.

Tengan cuidado con esta compañia,pues no paga a tiempo y da cheques sin fondos,y cuando te quejas te despiden porque para ellos es mas facil despedir un buen empleado que arreglar su problema de pagar a tiempo

Do not hire the company, they do not pay, and get mad when they get dropped

This company was contracted to change trash by my property management company, and they stole property out of my business office while I was in the process of moving out. If this company cleans your offices, bolt or chain your belongings because they will walk out with your stuff of they want it. Would give zero stars if I could.

My apartment CrestOasis has put me a charge with a receipt from this contractor multiple times for allegedly smoking odor. These people are either liars or scammers, or help others like apartment building owners scam.

Unfortunately, we had a poor experience with this company.
While their team was consistently polite and professional in communication, the overall service and resolution process fell significantly short of expectations.
Over the course of our agreement, the majority of scheduled cleanings did not meet the scope outlined in the contract. Based on our review, approximately 8 out of 10 service visits fell well below expectations. In many cases, cleaning appeared to consist primarily of trash removal, with multiple areas not serviced at all.
We also observed that the time spent on-site was often around one hour for the entire campus, which is not sufficient for the agreed scope. In restrooms specifically, time spent appeared to be minimal (often under a few minutes per room), which aligned with complaints we received about cleanliness immediately following service.
Addressing these issues required repeated follow-up and a significant amount of time and effort on our end. At one point, we were told that attempts had been made to contact us without response; however, we had documented written communication showing otherwise. It was only after providing this documentation, along with security footage, that the gaps in service and communication were acknowledged.
Although a partial credit and staffing changes were eventually offered, the proposed resolution did not come close to reflecting the extent of the service discrepancies. Ultimately, the time, effort, and stress required to address these issues—combined with the lack of a fair resolution—led us to discontinue services.
While communication was professional throughout, the consistency, quality of service, and handling of the issue did not align with the agreement.

The service was great! I needed carpet cleaning desperately and I came across their company and they got the job done flawlessly. Highly recommend!

Night Line Janitorial is an amazing company, and I wouldn’t say that if it wasn’t well deserved. Super professional, work in a timely manner, with prices you can’t beat. The people were super friendly as well.

Not impressed. Clean just enough to get by. Once they have your business they rarely check on clients to see how things are going. Its apparent its All about the money for them.
