Cannot say enough good things about this company! I had the opportunity to work with Victor, who I initially called to my home for dryer vent cleaning. Upon inspection of my vent he identified that our attic booster fan was broken. Victor and his team did a great job with the replacement of the fan and clean out of our impacted vent system on our new home - it was unusable and disgusting prior to their amazing work. When one of the technicians accidentally put their foot through one of my ceilings on the job, they sent someone to fix the issue completely free of charge and did amazing work with the corrective repair. I will absolutely be hiring them for an AC vent cleaning in the future. Great customer service.

Our whole process from beginning to end. Gianni was amazing and worked with us on what we could afford. He was even nice enough to offer to help my husband unload a couch(AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE). Jose and his crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Thorough and swept the debris from the air duct, and were very clean.

Fresh Air Duct Cleaning was awesome to work with. Their Customer Service was really smooth and I was really content with the work they performed in treating my house. Ricardo and Angel were amazing and they took the time and explained exactly what was going on when they first came to give a quote and what is needed. Then I scheduled them to come out for their service. I really appreciated the honesty and I felt like instead of a sales pitch they were knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was causing this and what should take care off it. Even with their prices I felt it was reasonable compared to the market price and they really work with you on it. I would recommend their services to anyone and I plan to use them again, if needed.

Fresh Air did a great job cleaning our systems and ductwork. Protective plastic was laid out, shoes were removed at the door, and they were prompt, even calling to see if they could show up early. Anthony was informative and represented the company extremely well. Their crew did a great job and were really personable! Highly recommend them!

We had the best experience with Fresh Air Duct Cleaning! To be honest, a lot of these duct cleaning companies are scams or lure you in with a cheap advertised price, only to come out and quote more or just not do a good job.
Our sales rep was knowledgeable and on time. The technicians that came out were respectful and did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! Our home was built in 1917 and I don’t think the returns or ducts have ever been cleaned! Oh and there was probably 5 layers of paint on the vents but they got them off! The amount of “stuff” they got out of it was disturbing! Immediately after the cleaning you can feel the difference and the power of air that is coming out now! It’s crazy!!! And my house smells freshy so fresh 🎶🎶

I had Fresh Air Duct Cleaning come by and they finished the job within few minutes. They accommodated my request without any issues. After the visit, the airflow was tested at 2800. I haven’t tried the dryer yet, but everything seems to be working fine.

Luis Vivas did a FANTASTIC job. He did a thorough inspection and recommended the basic cleaning service. He was courteous and didn't rush the job. Would use him again without hesitation.

Angel did a fantastic job cleaning our dryer vent! Super professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. You can tell he really cares about doing quality work. Highly recommend Angel to anyone needing this service.

UPDATE: I’ve tried calling over 5 or 6 times asking to speak to the manager to call me back & they refuse to call me back. They keep saying the manager is not in the office when I call and I leave my phone number for the manager to call me back and they STILL haven’t called me back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I recently used a ladder to replace the air filter on the main return and I noticed that two of the other smaller returns that are higher up that they supposedly cleaned were dusty and dirty on the inside.
It’s apparent he only wiped the exterior of the vent and called it clean knowing I wouldn’t pull a ladder out to check right after his work to make sure everything was properly cleaned. I will be escalating with the BBB.

Original Review: I would NOT recommend this company.
Be prepared to clean up after the technician. Had I known how much I would have to clean up afterward I would NOT have booked with Fresh Air. I paid a lot of money, over $1400 and this was NOT a $1400 service.

For starters, I asked if the technician who came to our house to wear a mask and he only wore it during the consultation, I noticed halfway thru the job that he was unmasked which is not okay. I am immunocompromised so wearing a mask throughout the whole job is important to me.

As he was leaving, I told him the plastic that was covering the couch was still on it. I asked if he was going to clean that up and take off the plastic, he said oh I forgot and instead of carefully gathering the plastic so the debris and dust didn’t fall onto the couch, he quickly removed it carelessly leaving the debris to fall on the couch which I didn’t notice until after he left.

After he left, I noticed that one of the vents we have at the bottom of the wall was not cleaned. Also there was dust and debris everywhere I looked. On the floors, the counters, the stove. EVERYWHERE. He said he covered everything and vacuumed it all up but he didn’t or didn’t do it well enough. He also left a dirty orange towel on one of my cabinets in the office that ended up leaving a yellow stain on it which I noticed today. I called Fresh Air yesterday to let them know about the debris and that one of the vents was still dirty. The technician came back to vacuum everything up and clean the vent he forgot to clean. Instead of unscrewing the vent plate to clean thru the vent like he said he would, he just cleaned the outside so it’s still unclean on the inside. He then left his dirty towels AGAIN alongside the spray can outside of our front door.

I’m not happy with this service at all and I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Especially not people who are disabled and/or may not have the ability to clean up after.

I had my air ducts cleaned by Eric and Zion, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and very thorough. The entire process was done cleanly and efficiently, and they made sure everything was spotless before they left. You can tell they take pride in their work — the air in my home feels noticeably fresher already.

I really appreciate how courteous and detail-oriented they were, explaining each step and answering all my questions. I highly recommend Eric and Zion to anyone looking for top-quality, professional air duct cleaning.

Jonathon was very courteous and professional during his inspection. He was very thorough and clearly explained the treatment packages for the cleaning I needed. Jonathon was friendly and conversational during his visit. He was able to schedule the service for later the same day, which I appreciated very much.
Jose and his co-worker (sorry I don’t remember his name) arrived on time for the appointment. I was impressed by the amount of prep work they didn’t before the cleaning. There was plastic literally protecting everything in my home. I was equally impressed with the time they spent cleaning up. Vent covers are now sparkling clean, they vacuumed and swept the floors even though they had been covered with the plastic. Both employees were efficient, professional and courteous throughout the time at my home. Jose emailed me before and after pictures of their work.
