Kay and Angel came to clean our system. I could not believe how filthy it was and they were upfront that some ducts may need to get replaced. Well they were able to get them clean and exceeded my expectations. I am sure all of their techs are amazing but I would ask for these two specifically!!

I recently hired Fresh Air Home Services for dryer vent and air duct cleaning, and the experience with the technician, Cash, was outstanding.
The service itself was conducted professionally and quickly after the initial estimate. He was incredibly polite, taking the time to clearly explain the entire cleaning process beforehand, which I really appreciated. He was also highly careful and conscientious while maneuvering his equipment inside the house, ensuring no walls or floors were marked. The cleanup was meticulous; he vacuumed all the dust and particles that resulted from the cleaning, leaving the area spotless.
What truly set this service apart was the technician's proactive and helpful approach to my HVAC system. He noticed a few missing screws in the unit and replaced them without being asked, and he sealed an area where air was clearly leaking. He also spent extra time walking me through the whole HVAC system, patiently explaining how it works and offering tips for long-term maintenance.
Finally, and perhaps the most thoughtful gesture, he checked and changed all of my air filters throughout the house. This saved me the hassle and risk of climbing a ladder, a level of service I was extremely grateful for.

Angel did such a good job at cleaning out at least 10 years worth of lint. He ninjad his way up my roof around my solar panels and cleaned up after! Thanks!

I expected better!! Hired the company to install a dryer vent in a rent house wall and this is what I got. Piping not in the wall but ran on the outside of the wall. Hole left exposed in the ceiling no cap. The tech did go to home depot to get a different clamp after I told him the hanger strapping was a no go.

So an update to my experience.
One of the lead men scheduled an appointment to meet at the house on 7-7-25 and didn’t show after I took off work early to meet him. Scheduled an appointment for 7-9-25 and ended up calling at the last minute on 7-8-25 to come look at the work that was done.
The gentleman inspected the job and informed me that the job was not done to code and they would let me know when they would be back out to fix the shotty work that was done. So far on 7-12-25 not a word from the company.
They are quick to perform work on the day you schedule your first appointment for them to look at a job but good luck getting them to come fix the work that one of their inexperienced techs mess up on your house.

9-23 last update on this. For clarification the post below said that the company reached out to me several times about my concerns and that is not true. I was the one reaching out to your company to to try and figure out when someone would be out to fix the problem.

Gianni was my technician and he was well trained, polite, and made the process seamless. My home smelled fresh almost immediately, air flow seems to have improve significantly, and I got amazing sleep last night. I didn’t even know this was home owner maintenance until I saw organic growth around my vents due to moisture. The before and after cleaning is amazing. I highly recommend this company for air duct cleaning.
