Great customer service. My Clay was very helpful answering all the questions I had about walk-in-beverage-cooler, sent us all the details and explained well, also was flexible with sub contractors . Sent us estimate with reasonable price.

My walk in cooler needs to be fixed. I have called several different companies but they couldn’t find where the leaks came from.
I have spent so much money to figure it out the problem.
I called pro refrigerator and Chris came to figure it out what the problem was.
All the processing was so smooth and reliable.

Chris is a phenomenal tech, he serviced my true fridge for the Buda Juice - Mockingbird in the most timely manner! The turn around time was great I called Monday and had someone out within 48hours. Prices are reasonable and Chris was kind, but forward with me the way you need a good tech to be! Looking forward to using pro ref for all of our commercial needs.

Amazing work! I’m the kitchen manager at Sweet Firefly, and thought I was going to lose all my Ice Cream 🙃🙃. They are very efficient and communicative. Chris was able to discover and fix the problem with my walk-in freezer in no time.
I really like how he showed me every step and explain the science of what was wrong too.

Terrible Service – Unreliable and Unprofessional

I scheduled Pro Refrigerator Company to replace a gasket at my restaurant. The technician came, took pictures, and told me he would return in 3–4 days to complete the job. It has now been 8 days, and I haven’t heard anything from them.

When I called the office to cancel the work order due to their delay, they told me I would still be charged just because the technician came and took pictures—without actually fixing anything. When I asked how much longer it would take, they had no answer. I even requested they complete the repair by the next business day, and they still couldn’t give me a clear response.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year, and they used to be reliable. However, their customer service has now become terrible. Don’t waste your time or money on this company—they are completely unreliable.

James came out and gave a proposal for walk in cooler repairs for our cafe at a commercial office building we manage. We approved the initial repairs - replace refrigerant, we sent the email approval backup and they came out. We were later billed twice the amount we initially approved. We were billed for 13 hours of OT. No repairs were made - no refrigerant was added. We found out James had left 2 days prior and Michael S. came out to do the repairs. Michael S. spent a great deal of time on the phone and smoking cigarettes as our cameras showed - thus he clocked OT and basically did nothing. I explained this to Richard when I initially called and told him I had an issue with the OT and we did not approve the additional charges. I submitted the original approved proposal for payment and I was waiting on our company to issue a check and I just saw my credit card had been billed the larger - unapproved amount. I am the one that approves the proposals......Not happy - This review is to be continued.

I work at HTeaO in Plano Texas and we had this company come out to fix up all of our commercial ice machines. They did a fantastic job, highly recommend. Cory from pro refrigeration was spot on with his work and had an answer for every question i asked. Very pleased with the work done by this company!

Very disappointed with their service. They charged my account without permission and never provided a quote or receipt. Technicians were at my store for less than 3 hours total, yet billed me $1,500. Based on CCTV, they left multiple times during the job and still didn’t fix the issue. I am also challenging you to sent me the screenshot that you sent me the receipt or you called to discuss the charges after work. Extremely unprofessional and poor communication — would not recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience — unprofessional and dishonest billing.

I scheduled a commercial AC repair with this company, and the whole experience was frustrating from start to finish.

The first technician came a day early just to “inspect” the area. He parked far away from my store, took 20 minutes just to bring a ladder, then spent another 30 minutes on the phone instead of working. After an hour of wasting time, he told me the unit could be repaired and that he’d return the next day with another person.

The next day, two technicians came, spent about two hours total, and then told me that the unit could not be repaired after all. Altogether, that’s maybe three hours of actual work (with lots of downtime), not the ten hours they later claimed.

Without sending me any invoice or even notifying me, they charged $1,500 directly from my bank account. When I called to question it, they said it was for “10 hours of labor” — which is completely false. I even reviewed my CCTV footage and confirmed they were barely here for three hours.

This kind of business practice is unacceptable. No transparency, no professionalism, and zero respect for customers’ time or money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless you want to deal with surprise charges and wasted time.

Don’t be fooled by seeing 5 stars here. They are giving discounts for rating 5 stars.

Just excellent. Absolutely excellent. Technicians went above and beyond. Even with unforeseen issues, they were professional, courteous, and punctual.

They made a very stressful situation a little less stressful. Diana & her team were in constant communication from start to finish even on the weekends which was a plus! Will for sure continue to do business.
