Highly professional! Anthony, the tech/consultant, not only was hyper-communicative, but he also made sure I understood what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He stayed longer into his evening to complete the job and gave max effort. (He also was respectful of my belongings and house.) The top package is pricey, but you certainly get what you pay for. These guys are fantastic.

Angel was absolutely amazing, without him there’s no way we would have ever realized how badly we needed our vents cleaned! He was quick, professional, and overall fantastic! Definitely call him if you need work done.

Jonathan did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vent. He texted us 30 minutes in advance, arrived on time, and clearly explained the process of what he was going to do before he started. He was very polite, professional, and trustworthy, worked hard, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Great service from start to finish! We highly recommend Jonathan!

Wow, this company is truly legit. Angel came out next day and fixed my issues. The dryer had no roof outlet or side. This entire time it just blew into the attic. He made a new hole and new pipes all fixed and was very professional and nice. I am very thankful I went with y’all. Angel thank you so much !

As a real estate broker, I work with a lot of service providers, so my bar is pretty high. Fresh Air Home Services really delivered. What started as a vent system issue turned out to be a dryer vent problem that was exactly what needed to be addressed in my case—and they caught it. The service itself was excellent, but what stood out most was that they worked for five straight hours until 9:30 pm on a Sunday. No special treatment, no upsell, no drama—just an emergency situation handled the right way. That level of commitment is honestly rare. These are the kind of pros I trust in my own home and would confidently recommend to clients.

He was personable, kind, and thorough with his inspection and the completion of the job. He took time to explain things to us and gave us a reasonable quote for the rest of our vent cleaning. We’ve already been scheduled for tomorrow. I would also like to note that the office staff was great working with them and I appreciate the quick response with a text and email.

From the moment I met Luis I know he was the rightguy for us. I met with 4 other vendors and he was able to price match the lowest vendor. It’s a really pricey cosmetic upgrade in my opinion, no matter WHO you go with. We are very happy with our service and the outcome! We will be back.

I was a little disappointed and surprised. The advertisement was $79 to clean a dryer vent. The technician showed up and looked at my application which was a straight pipe all level and about 12 ft long. He then proceeded to quote me $399. I thought that's not what I was told. I mentioned this to him and then he immediately lowered the price to $199....
The reason for my call was because I was getting an error message on my dryer that the pipe was partially plugged... He did not unhook the dryer and basically ran his cleaning rod through about 10 out of the 15 ft. When I prompted him to use a longer cleaning rod then he did. The only thing that was pushing the dust and went out was the blower on the dryer which he turned on. Not much force. He said he could not get a vacuum in there... Anyways after he left the dryer still show the error message. I'm 67 years old and I was able to slide the washer out slide the dryer out and then unhook the hose for the next company that's going to come out and do the job properly. Needless to say the advertisement was full of photos and it was not at all on the visit like the explanation of services advertised and the photos. In short I got about 2/3 or 3/4 of the dryer vent cleaned and it was never disconnected from the dryer. I will be having to spend more money with another company and then I will of course ask for a cheerful refund due to the lack of service. The service technician was very friendly but I just felt like he did not want to take the time to move the dryer or climb behind it. That's the business that this company is in. Again I'm a 67 year old man with arthritis and somehow I was able to do it. The technician was in his early twenties. Needless to say use your own judgment when hiring this company.. I am disappointed.

Technicians were top notch. Respectful of my property. Most of the lint was cleaned up that fell to the ground. The most disappointing thing was that they heavily advertise $79 dryer vent special, and I called and asked about it and would only be told since it was the first time they had to assess the vent. I explained it was a straight shot up through the roof above (single story). Still no estimate.

So, tech arrives over an hour earlier than scheduled - alerted by text. He assesses the vent. Brings his iPad and asks about possible discounts like Military etc. All you need to know is my vent was simple, cleaned out from above and they walked away with $409, then wanted a tip. So be forewarned, I could have told them to walk away, but I'm dealing with a situation and couldn't muster the energy to start this process over again.

To their 'credit' if I have them come back year after year it'll be $79 until they have to raise that price.

Note, if you are comfortable on your roof, and have a sturdy flexible dryer vent pipe in the house, purchase a kit on Amazon that you can use your electric drill with and be done in 20 minutes. That's all they did, but wait, they snaked a camera down there so I could see a before and after photos. Not really necessary if you're a DIY. If you're on your roof and have your dryer blowing cold air, you'll know if its working and it'll blow the lint out as you snake the brush through

They did an amazing job! I highly recommend this company for any needs you may have. The Technicians were very professional and courteous and extremely knowledgeable on what was being done! It took 6 years for my home to smell clean and feel fresh but thanks to this company it does now! Amazing job!!!!

Do not trust the 3.5K highly rated reviews. The customer service is non-existent. We had two companies come out and provide a quote for full home duct cleaning. Decided to go with this one, mainly due to reviews and price. After the service was done we still noticed dust flowing from the vents. We were told to give it time and change the filters and it should improve. It did not. I had the other company come check and they said the ducts were clean but the inside of the unit was not and looked the same as the documented photos they had taken. When I asked this company for the service records, they did not have any. No photos, no records. For months I've called and emailed and have been told a manager will contact me, nobody ever does. Now we have to pay someone else to do the job right.

Jose from Fresh Air Duct Cleaning was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, identified the issue quickly, and made sure everything was fully resolved. On top of that, he was so patient and good-natured about working around my two very large dogs who were very curious and very much in his way. I felt completely confident in the work he did and really appreciated how easy he made the whole process. Highly recommend Jose and this company.

They charged me $500 for a dryer vent clean that took 30 minutes. I manage a lot of homes in Dallas and I know that is not a fair price. Just be aware they say their dryer vent clean is $79 online but then make up reasons to charge $500 when they are in the home.

We hired fresh air to clean our vents in the house. Albert showed up on time and he had a very good attitude. He was ready to work. He got right to the job. As he worked, he showed us how filthy the vents were. I had no idea they were that bad. They were 100% better by the time he was done. We can now breathe fresh air in the house. I highly recommend them.

I wish I could remember the names of the technicians who came to our house today because they provided exceptional service. (If the company has that info when reading this review, please respond with their names.) We had new carpet put down yesterday, and they were so conscientious about laying plastic (that they provided) on the carpet and wearing shoe covers (that we provided). They were very thorough in cleaning our air ducts (which had never been cleaned), communicated throughout the process, and took over 50 pictures to show us before and after and also areas of concern. They vacuumed debris that fell onto the floor from the vents in each room. Their prices were reasonable. I will definitely hire Fresh Air Duct Cleaning again for future maintenance. I'm very pleased with their service.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one.

The company canceled my original appointment just three hours before arrival. While inconvenient, I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled.

During the service visit, they identified mold and recommended additional work to address it. I relied on their expertise and approved all the repairs they recommended. Unfortunately, the work was not performed correctly and resulted in over $1,000 in additional damage that I had to pay to have properly fixed.

I requested a refund to cover the damage caused by their mistake and was told a manager would contact me. I never received that call.

What concerns me most is not just the initial cancellation or even the improper repair — mistakes can happen — but the lack of accountability and follow-through afterward.

For reference, the photos attached show the condition after they stated the mold had been cleaned.

I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before proceeding with this company.

Eric arrived today and did an incredible job cleaning my dryer vent from all the lent buildup. What an amazing experience! He is a great person to have in your home, a perfect gentleman. As you can see from two of the many photos he took of the before and after the job! Kudos to his manager

I just got my air ducts cleaned and I'm very pleased with the results. My technician was Hugo and he was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He explained the whole process and took many before and after pictures of the work that he and his assistant had performed, in which calmed my nerves. I had recently had another company out and they scammed me for my money by half doing the job. I can now sleep good tonight knowing that the mold has been eliminated. Thanks Hugo!
