When we had enough of the thermostat wars, we decided to install a mini-split in our ever-hot teenager's room. We opted for a small 9000 BTU unit and a ceiling cassette (look how flush it is with the ceiling, comparing to a golf club case handing on your wall!).
I must confess, I am a pedantic bore :) - my contractor's picking process is not easy or random and not just price-based. I love my house, such job is complex and the quality matters.
Fortunately this time my choice was right on the money! The Airmatics guys are wonderful - great workmanship, planning, attention to details, punctuality. Thanks a bunch again for job well done! Way to go!

They showed up the same day, figured out the problem almost instantly, and actually had the parts to replace the faulty capacitor right on the spot. Who does that anymore?! Within a few hours, everything was running like new. The technicians were unbelievably professional, friendly, and clearly knew their stuff. I’m still amazed at how smooth and fast the whole process was. This kind of service is so rare these days—I can’t recommend them enough!

Company's number was given to me by my home warranty company . I called to see if they would be able to come out to my area before reaching back out to the warranty company to request service. Since I have not been able to get a company that is reputable .Even though this company has good reviews(or so it seems). But Because I have an older unit that has had issues. They said they cant help cause they dont do replacements. So they dont replace air conditioners. Seems odd. You should give the Cinch warranty company a heads up that you do not work with them so they do give out your info. Thanks
