William arrived well equipped with a truck stocked with parts. He ran a variety of tests and quickly pinpointed why my furnace and A/C were not functioning. William was great about explaining what he was doing and and what work and parts were required. He provided me with a price prior to starting the repairs.
William replaced the defective parts and did not try to up-sell. He left the place neat and clean; no mess.
William is clearly very knowledgeable and honest. His pricing was very fair and his work excellent.

Had an AC issue that stopped working, the guy was able to schedule the next day, he quickly identified and fixed the problem that wasn’t obvious to a normal user, also replaced the thermostat to a more high tech one for the cost price!
I’m very happy with the service and will use them next time any AC work is required, had few guys in the past and these are the best so far!

No need to explain the feeling when your AC is dead and its 105 outside :-) Frankly speaking, I was prepared to buy a new AC unit (which is way expensive). Vlad came on time and fixed the issue within half an hour. NO NEED to buy a new unit! That was a relief! Vlad is very professional! I highly recommend Vlad and the company. I am fully satisfied!!
