I am a new GM at a hotel that had been waiting over 2 months for a company we were under contract with to show up for their first visit. We called Pro Refrigeration on Wednesday and by Friday, Chris was on site to repair our broken equipment and inspect all areas, walk in coolers and ice machines for a quarterly PM agreement. Professional, timely and communicative. We couldn’t be happier.

I called Pro Refrigeration and Roland came out to assess a smoothie machine that other companies wouldn’t touch. Within a few minutes he had already diagnosed the issue and the machine was fixed very quickly. I can’t recommend them enough!!

They fixed 2 make tables for me in a Jimmy John's store. They did great and they care to fix it. Prices the best to be honest. It has been an issue to find people that are honest and cheap and I think these guys are. I will be using them for now all on all the JJs.

Came out really quick and diagnose my problem immediately. Walking freezer wasn’t working and they gave immediate solutions even on such a late notice and call. Chris was great and he helped us as restaurant here at Gogogiri.

We have a commercial freezer that was not cooling properly. While the temps outside are 100+ we needed our food to stay cold! I was having an issue with my walk-in cooler. I literally called FIVE different companies but they never called me back or no answers. I finally called Pro and they actually answered the phone promptly. This morning Chris came into my coffee shop Karmic grounds and fixed the ice machine that was broken since I’ve worked here. He not only fixed it and cleaned out the drain but fixed our broken door temporarily until we can get it permanently fixed! Great service and great people!
