Had a furnace issue and called Airmatics. Enzo was the technician who came out, and he was professional and knowledgeable. He replaced a faulty gas component and adjusted the gas pressure to get everything running safely again. The repair cost $650, which seemed fair. I appreciate the honest work and clear explanation. Would definitely use them again.

I’ve been using this HVAC company for the past two years, and they’ve been great every single time. They’re always able to come out quickly—usually the same day or next—which I really appreciate. They’re honest, don’t try to sell you things you don’t need, and they actually focus on keeping your system in good shape long term.

Vlad came out most recently to fix an issue between the indoor and outdoor units, and he had it sorted out fast. He also checked everything to make sure we’re ready for the winter season. Overall, they’re professional, polite, and very easy to work with. Definitely a company I trust and recommend.

Pro Refrigeration has become our go-to refrigeration contractor in the DFW area for all of our stores. Chris and Clay have been very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful in all of our needs. They even respond after hours and on weekends. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and quality HVAC/R contractor.

Chris came out as soon as he could to help get our commercial walk in fixed. He was honest and didn’t try to upswell us more repairs. We trust him so much, he’s coming back to repair an old freezer the previous owner left.

Came to work and my freezer and walk-in were temping a little high. Chris came out immediately and got us up and running again. He was fast, efficient, friendly, and took the time to explain to me what was going on in a way that I understood it.

Chris Kerr came to visit us and could not fix our refrigerator. But he charged full amount for coming. But 2nd time I told him what the problem is and what solution manufacturer has suggested he was able to fix the issue and we were charged for fixing the issue. Iam satisfied now my fridge is working fine.

We are a convenience store in Balch Springs and our walk in beer cooler failed without warning. We called out a different company first and they claimed the only option was to replace the whole condenser unit (only 4 years old) and evap coils were bad (just from looking at the exterior never properly examined it). Chris came out to out location and took the time to explain exactly what going on and our options. He looked over all the components of the condenser and evap coils and recommended a fix that was a fraction of the quote from the other company.

I had to contact Pro Refrigeration after another company left me with a mess on a previously owned walk in cooler for my floral business. Chris came out the next day and fixed everything without any hassle. I’ve had them come out a couple more times to make tweaks and it’s been so easy. Chris is great at his job, communicative and friendly. Can’t recommend Pro Refrigeration enough!

So excited to find a new refrigeration repair company!! Chris came by soon after I called him to repair our sandwich cooler that was down. He was professional and and explained the issues thoroughly to repair our cooler at a fair price. Definitely the new GO TO guy!!

After hours call on a Saturday night. Got to my restaurant.... MudBugs Bar & Grill in Frisco.... in about an hour or so with needed parts in hand. An hour later my walk in cooler is back up and running.... Highly highly recommend.

We are very happy with the service that Cory performed in fixing our drink box that another company had condemned to the scrap heap. He took the trouble to really find out what was wrong and do the necessary repairs to keep this vintage box running.
