Darius did a great job in diagnosing the problem, explaining the options, and installing the system. It was great working with a pro who knows his craft and cares about customer service. Great job!

Dampers motors were not working(closing) and hence some rooms were getting too cold and some were very warm. Darrius is a wonderful technician and ethical practitioner. However TempPro pricing for replaced parts are approx 400% (4 times) if you buy the same part elsewhere. That’s a big red flag from various perspective. Disappointed with Scott.

Our service provider was on time and extremely professional!

They did an amazing job. He diagnosed the problem in less than 10 mins. He informed me of warranty coverage for the motor and labor costs instantly. He then, went to get the motor from Garland and installed the part within 30 mins. He checked everything outside and was done in less than 45 mins total. Same day call...same day service...same reasonable price for service call....thank you, Tempature Pro and Eric.

The company is always prompt to providing service and support our needs without adding unnecessary repairs. Darius was able to keep a 40 year unit limping as long as it could till there was no more that could be done and had to be replaced. They still saved us 2,000 on a new unit!!!!
