This driver came way to close to slamming into another vehicle on the road in Plano and then sped through a school zone at 830am on Thurs June 8, 2017.

It is disappointing that we rate an outfit not for product or service but opining a matter not germane to the function of the biz. Then taking a look at other ratings & see majority of the comments negative.

Had a very pleasant experience with Rob and Sammy. Very punctual, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained thoroughly and shown to me. Checked everything to make sure it was all working before they left my house. Would recommend and use again!

I would not recommend Mr. Mechanical. Our landlord recommended them for service at our studio, but they do not have transparent pricing practices. When they quote you for a fix, they fail to include the full price. For instance, we called because our AC was not working. They came out and quoted us $1800 to patch the coil and refill the leaked freon. They failed to include the close to $400 in additional fees they charge to come out and assess the problem. Their service call fee is not included in the price they quote to fix the problem. It also changes each time they come out. There is a base trip fee of close to $100 plus an hourly rate for them to assess a problem. Just be ready for the added expense if you choose to use them.

Also, we had the exact same issue happen (another leak) less then 3 months from the 1st fix and they were not willing to work with us on pricing. We were going to be charged the full $1800 for the fix (plus close to $300 for the service call) to fix the same problem that they supposedly fixed 3 months ago. Nonetheless we will no longer be using their services and have found another company that charged us half as much for the fix and waives their service call fee when you use them to fix the problem.

4Elements Air Conditioning is a great HVAC company to work with. They replaced our entire AC unit in our home and continue to service our units. They are professional, honest, and do quality work at a great value. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service in the DFW area.

The technician came the week before, without delay, when we reported that the outside unit was continuously running even though it was not a cold day. He added freon last year and the unit was 14 years old. He said the blower was out and would cost $1,800 to replace. So we decided to replace the entire unit. Patrick was very good about explaining everything as we made our decision about what to purchase. Today, the technician came and installed the unit. They were friendly & professional and did a great job! he came over and inspected the job and was again very nice. I would recommend your business to others.
