This was the 3rd time that Eric came to service our our air conditioners and we have nothing but praise for this young technician. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough about his job. He explains everything he is about to do and at the end of his visit he makes sure we are completely satisfied with what he did. We have come to completely trust him as a technician and a person.

I called TemperaturePro Saturday afternoon to get a quote on a new AC unit and they were incredibly responsive and communicative with me. I had previously dealt with them September 2024 when I had an emergency and they came right out and were wonderful. Today I had the pleasure of working with Darius M. and he couldn’t have been nicer about calling me to explain that the call had been dispatched to him, he gave me an estimate of when he could make it, and called me prior to arriving, just as I’d asked him to. Mark from the company was also great to speak with when he called to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I highly encourage anyone who is looking at a new AC system, or who needs service on an existing system, to consider TemperaturePro - especially if you’ve dealt with companies that kept you in the dark or were hard to reach before. They are a refreshing change! (While we didn’t use them for this install, it had nothing to do with them or their service, we just went with another solution - but they should be on your short list to consider.)

Alec did a very thorough job with our semi annual maintenance. He listened to our concerns about our system occasionally turning off, and double checked to make sure all the connections looked good.

Overall experience was outstanding! Darius was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable,personable and informative. he addressed and rectified all the issues we had. he notified Us in advance of his arrival and arrived punctually. we both agreed that he was one of the best technicians we have ever dealt with. The major problem was a failed gas valve, which was covered under warranty and they replaced it for a nominal labor charge. he also rectified a few issues that had been previously done incorrectly by others. I would not hesitate to call them if I had issues.

Reached out for a water heater issue and they took care of it without any hassle. The technician was professional, explained what was going on, and got everything back up and running the same day.
