I needed a new Air conditioner unit in my home. I requested 3 bids from different companies. I wanted to add AC to a garage that had been converted into a room. COWBOY gave the best total package price which included the additional new room.
The other 2 companies no bid adding air ducts & a vent to the new room. I could not have asked for a better price or any more professional service. Cowboy Heat & Air gets a 10 in our book!

Moving to Texas we found out real quick you need a good A/C 'guy'. After bidding a job to 3 different companies, Cowboy Air came in with the best price wanting to repair the system vs spend $$$$ to replace everything because of the age.
We signed up for the spring/fall tune-ups to help catch any problems early plus it gets you a discount on repairs. The Texas weather is tough on these systems...over the many service calls, we had only one issue with workmanship. They came back the next day and resolved the issue no questions asked.
I also enjoyed working with and getting to know to owner, Al. Very honest business man who does his best to save you money...only sells you what you need. He once realized they overcharged me and called to offer a refund/credit. If you're looking for HVAC service team...give Cowboy Air a try. They typically worked me in same or next day.

Absolutely loved Cowboy Air conditioning Service especially Al’s service. I got in contact with them after the first contractor fell through and I’m so glad they did! They came quick and fixed my Air conditioner as soon as they had the part. Their service was amazing! They took the time and answered all my questions over my system when I was just confused. They really are experts in their field and definitely will be calling them to fix any other issues and eventually replace my system. The service team is very honest and straightforward, most companies will try to push a new system but they actually take the time to try to fix the problem. I really appreciate them for everything! I finally found a true hvac service company that fixes hvac systems and not a salesmen to sell me one.
