We purchased a house and the prior homeowner used Miller to replace all the coils in the system. 6 months later the coils had a leak and needed to be replaced under the manufacturers warranty. I got in contact with the customer service rep several times and their only response was that they “were simply too busy to handle it and that I needed to contact another provider”. In reality, they would just rather direct their resources towards more profitable jobs and not honor warranty. Turns out no other provider could/would do the repair under warranty as they did not have original documents to process the warranty claim. Terrible business and I advise anyone/everyone to stay away from them if you want any assurances that they will attend to issues as they arise. Based on other reviews, this is a common occurrence.

Very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend. They invoice you with items that weren’t even done during their service. Extremely overpriced, if I could I wouldn’t even leave one star.

Horrible work performed, did not fix the issue and flooded my entire wine room, now I have to wait a week just for this to be cleared. They said they would fix this yet it has been 6 months

This equipment is commercial grade plus great service! They assisted with my drying out the area from wall leak . They provide excellent follow up . Friendly and helpful. Teresa

In today’s climate of business it is rare to come across a company with a better desire to please their customers. I worked with James Liptow and he was over the top helpful and worked so unbelievably hard to make certain we were comfortable. We used United for AC rentals for a venue that did not have AC in central Texas in the middle of June and my request came in to him very last minute. James totally took care of us and went out of his way to continue to improve our heat situation until we were completely satisfied. His dedication to customer service was as refreshing as the cool air blowing out of the AC. This guy should be the face of your company. He represents UR so well. THANK YOU!!!

James and his team, including Clayton, are top notch. From the site visit pre-event planning through the execution of our multi day event, they were here and supportive and responsive to our needs. The success of our 4 days of events wouldn’t have been possible without our key vendors, and United was integral. United knocked it out of the park, I recommend them for all of your rental needs.

The United Rentals Crew were able to have a temporary, portable A/C unit onsite with 2-4 hour from my first phone call requesting service. I have nothing but positive praise for this group. Keep up the great customer service!!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. The technicians were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and completed the job efficiently. Highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

Tried watching YouTube videos and messing with the unit myself, which was a mistake. I made whatever was wrong about three times worse before I finally gave up and called someone. The tech came out and figured out the AC had some kind of drainage line that had completely backed up, and he cleared the whole thing out in about twenty minutes. I dont really understand what happened in there but the HVAC system has been running fine ever since.
